I liked the privacy

Cons:

They did have my room ready. The front door jammed was kind of loose. The walls were dirty. One of my towels were dirty or stained. No toilet paper. The sink leaked the controller for the t.v did not work. The front desk would not answer calls. Luckily I just needed to stay for one night.

The place is filthy outside, clumps of hair in corner of bed, some staff are great, some are horrible, outside stairs haven't been swept and cleaned in months maybe years. When the motel is lacking on accommodations, you're straight out of luck with no attempt to accommodate the customer.

Cons:

Everything canceled reservation due to rude and unprofessionalism of course I do not wish anything bad on anyone but when you do not know how to talk to people you have to expect a certain reaction from strangers because you never know what the next person is going thru

The air-conditioning unit worked great but that’s about the only thing that I liked.

Cons:

The staff was friendly when you check in, but if you have a problem, it seems like the customer service just takes a vacation. The room was cleaned, except for the bedding. There were cigarette burns on the blanket foreign stains the other blanket, the sheets and the pillowcases were used. They did not put clean bedding at midnight when I got in. I had to go to the front desk and all they did were give me sheets at a blanket not even I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I do not recommend this motel to nobody.

Hotel refunded paid amount because we left the hotel... receptionist solved it without any obstructions. :)

Cons:

First of all we didn't stay at the hotel.. We got a smoking room (family with a small children) / when complaining because we booked non-smoking room, receptionist gave us another room. Other room was not cleaned after the previous guests and no more available rooms at the motel. Surrounding is strange or let's say danegrous... we came after 10 pm and strangers don't look friendly... noisy area, it was the best idea move away... :)
