L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, à proximité des principaux centres d’intérêt de Saragosse. La propreté est également satisfaisante
relativement élevé, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à mes attentes au regard des photos présentées lors de la réservation.
J’ai également été déçu par l’accueil initial et la manière dont mes réclamations ont été traitées. En tant que client étranger, je n’ai pas eu le sentiment de bénéficier de l’attention et de la considération attendues.
Le manque de précision concernant les catégories de chambres et leurs caractéristiques laisse place à des interprétations ambiguës et permet à l’établissement de se dégager de ses responsabilités en cas de réclamation.
Une présentation plus transparente des chambres et un traitement équitable de tous les clients, quelle que soit leur nationalité, sont indispensables.
Está muy bien ubicado del casco histórico, caminas como 5 min y ya estás dentro del barrio del tubo, cuyas tapas son buenísimas. El hotel tiene en frente el mercado. El personal fue muy muy amable y el desayuno (pago aparte) está bueno, es tipo bufé y a buen precio, tienen variedad de cosillas. Las camas son súper cómodas. También tiene para dejar las maletas en caso de llegar antes del check-in y después del check-out. Recomendado 100%
La ubicación es mas que perfecta, a unos pasos de la Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, museos y restaurantes, el chico que me realizo el check in es increíble, es grato ver personas amables y agradables al llegar a un lugar que será tu casa por unos días.
Me gusto que la habitación tuviera doble ventana, estaba súper limpia y cuenta con aire acondicionado.
La cama que me toco a mi no era del todo cómoda, creo que necesita un cambio.

Room was very small, hotel was very noisy, not only because you could hear people talking in room next door but also street noise, light rail thundering up to streets on either side but people carousing on the streets all night - Sat and Sun, OK on Monday night. Despite claims to contrary breakfast was very plain and ordinary - no fruit, no eggs, good coffee though
