Nice hotel, nice location.
Pros:

View is amazing and probably one of the best you can get in Magaluf. Pool area, access to the beach and common areas are good.

Cons:

I stayed 6 nights. I only got cleaning 1 day. I had water flowing through the sink constantly and wasn't fixed.

Bel hôtel avec personnel de haute qualité
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite ainsi que l’escalier pour descendre à la plage. Le personnel de la réception tous sont très gentils et accueillant. Un gros merci pour le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Monika elle est vraiment service à la clientèle. Toujours souriante et accueillante. Bravo Monika pour ton bon travail !

Cons:

Le studio était bien , sauf que l’insonorisation n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le soir et la nuit nous entendions parler fort et marcher dans les couloirs comme si notre porte était ouverte. Donc il a été difficile de bien dormir durant notre séjour de 9 nuits.
Concernant le nécessaire pour cuisiner c’était vraiment très très minime tant au niveau coutellerie que vaisselle.

ljubaznost recepcije, lokacija nije losa, pogled sa terase fantastican!

Cons:

Higijena nije zadovoljavajuca, bazen je prljav, kada pada kisa sa gornje terase se sliva voda na tvoju terasu veliki propust, bar radi do 8 trebalo bi duze, suncobrani su katastofa pored bazena, moglo bi se poraditi na ulazu pored mora zakljucava se u 8.....

Slechte airco. Werkte amper. Veel te warm om goed te kunnen slapen.
Gloeiend heet water uit koudwaterkraan (vooral ‘s avonds).
Hard matras
1x geen kamer schoonmaak gehad.
1x alleen schone handdoeken en verder niets.
Kookplaat was kapot. Dit wisten ze, maar hadden het ons niet gemeld

Poor relation to other hotels in area and has had little investment for about 6 years
Pros:

Been before and was exceptional this time thank god they got the views

Cons:

Got ripped off for £113 as soon as checked in paying by card, pool area not as clean, rooms etc looking tired and some horrific paint work, barman was fabulous, however there is another skinny man working in that area who is very unhygienic, sneezing whilst carry food, not washing his hands after wiping his nose with his hand. Found some staff there just weren't up to scratch this time.

It was an excelent stay! Nothing to complain about. I love this hotel, will definitely be back.

Pros:

Ідеальне розташування.Вигляд з вікна приголомшливий.Близько до пляжу та різних закладів харчування.Неподалік є супермаркет.Готель знаходиться на досить стрімкому пагорбі,тому людям яким важко пересуватися буде важко спускатися до пляжу.Для нас це не було проблемою.

Svart mögel i badrummen!!! Hade tillgång till två rum både badrummen hade svart mögel!
Golven var ej städade massa spår av strand fortfarande samt att jag gick in med vita strumpor kom ut med svarta under.

Die aussicht war einfach der hammer

Leider war es sehr ringhörig und das balue licht störte sehr plus das licht auf dem balkon wo man nicht löschen konnte war nervig und das internet war überhaupt nicht gut

Soggiorno perfetto a magaluf!
Pros:

Io e miei 3 amici abbiamo trovato questo hotel fantastico, piscina privata con bar, stanze pulite e ordinate, noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere una stanza al piano più basso quindi non abbiamo potuto godere della vista mozzafiato che offrono le stanze ai piani più alti, avevamo pero la vista sulla piscina che comunque è stato gradevole.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti da qualsiasi cosa, veramente top, unica nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio e la salita che si fa sentire.

Cons:

Essendo al piano terra abbiamo avuto qualche intruso (scarafaggi) che venivano dal balcone, lo staff dell’hotel è intervenuto prontamente con prodotti chimici e offrendoci la colazione.
