La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones son muy buenas y cómodas.

Que no haya personal en la noche es algo que nos pareció raro, si alguien tiene una urgencia puede ser complicado.
El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, el café intomable y muy incompleto, pero lo que más nos molestó fue la mala educación y los horribles modos de la empleada que atiende las mesas. Si no le gusta su trabajo mi consejo es que se busque otra cosa, porque lo único que está causando es dejar clientes insatisfechos que seguro no van a querer volver. Este tipo de empleados generan un perjuicio económico muy importante al hotel. Además de todo, en un momento ambas empleadas dejaron sus puestos de trabajo para salir a fumar a las sillas de en frente, y el humo entraba para adentro, una asquerosidad. Es una lástima, porque el hotel, ubicación y el personal de recepción nos gustó, pero este tipo de cosas hace que uno no quiera volver.
