I have been charged twice for my one bedroom 2beds staying for 6 days .
I have reported to the hotel as well as my pay pal
I am not able to dispute. I frequently have stayed in this place, always have been satisfied. Although cleaning is horrible.
Please 🙏 help me dispute my 6 days payment charged twice.
Only one lady manager was willing to help.
But my case has not been solved yet.

It was ok, but my room smelled of super cigarettes and when I left my room I got locked out the card didn’t work needed

I did not like anything about the property. Absolutely nothing it was horrible.

Cons:

It was filthy garbage everywhere. Staff very unprofessional. I asked for a total refund for both accommodations that I had made so that would be greatly appreciated. If I would get that refund. If not, I will never use Booking.com again.

No wonder no one stays in Dania Beach it’s a rundown hotel
Pros:

Nothing worked. TV did not work. Shower didn’t drain. Toilet could not flush. Sink sprayed water everywhere.

Cons:

They need a maintenance man to repair the rooms. All the rooms had issues

We booked a room through Booking, but when we arrived, we were told that the motel was overbooked and that there was no room available for us, despite having a confirmed reservation. We were left without accommodation and had to find and pay for another room at the last minute.
