The property was in a good area of bellflower

Cons:

My bedding had burn holes so I asked the front desk for clean bedding and he told me he could give me towels because that’s all that was available. I also advised him that I couldn’t rest due to the guest next door with 5 barking dogs but nothing was done. He only advised me that if I didn’t like the room I could check out! Worst customer service ever!! I work in hospitality and that just not how you treat your guest.. They never have to worry about me coming back here after this terrible experience

Awful experience other than staff.
Pros:

The location was a good location but there was some shady people.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the bathroom and the dresser the tv was on looked like cigarette burn marks. The beds were not comfortable, my daughter ended up with bites all over her legs and butt not sure if it was bed bugs or some other bugs but to Google it said it looked like bed bug bites as it was in clusters and big bag type patterns. Luckily she did not get sick from this but it could've been worse for someone else.
