Motel 6-Kingman, AZ - Route 66 West

Pulizia da migliorare.
Bagno da rinnovare. Doccia molto scomoda e usurata. Mancanza di sapone e shampoo. Solamente una saponetta non può andare bene.

Un po’ rumorosa

La camera era sporca, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e anche la seconda era sporca.
Prima di arrivare volevamo cancellare la prenotazione come nei termini e non so perché non ce l’ho hanno lasciato fare.
16 giorni in America, 16 motel, questo è stato il peggiore per distacco.

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 years now every time I come to Kingman which is a minimum of 2 times a year. I have never had a bad experience until this past weekend! 8/21/26-8/23/26 I booked two rooms (A and B) They put the rooms on opposite ends of the hotel building. The first room(A), the floors were cracked everywhere there were beetles running around the room in the sink and in the shower. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. We requested to move to a new room(C) the next day, which ended up being upstairs room “because it will keep the bugs out of the room if we aren’t on ground level”. That part is important for later. My other room(B) was roach infested. On the second day we requested that the room(B) be serviced that day. By 3 o’clock in the afternoon, they still had not come to clean the room or change the linens. No they were not short staffed because some of the housekeepers were complaining that other housekeepers got to go home cause there weren’t enough rooms needing cleaning for the amount of staff they had on. Front desk had to bring linens for us to make the bed ourselves. They never ended up, bringing a blanket for the bed only sheets. Room C was clean but we could not use the towel rack next to the sink because it had been ripped out of the wall on one side. And it was upstairs so they kept threatening to kick us out because my 4 year old some with severe level 3 non verbal autism was making too much noise for the people downstairs (I specifically ask for an ADA room/ground floor every visit for this reason). Every vending machine including the ice machine was broken. And the all the sinks sprayed water at you. I was truly baffled by this whole experience because it was a first at this hotel for me.

The bed was a little hard

They didn't say coffee was free in the lobby. There was no fridge. The bath was stained and grimy.

Non c'era un frigo in camera, il bagno molto datato e macchiato.

Information given by the motel to Booking has been not true. Based on the data from the motel Booking.com picked for us two particular rooms. At the check-in it tourned out that there were not enough beds for our group. And the lady tried to persuade that it was my fault. It is not about the difference in prices, but about lack of responsibility from the motel.

The bathrooms were dirty, with hair on the bathtube and on toilet. In one room there was a cockroach.
