I was here for dinner buffet .... it was excelent .... Jyoti Nita and Varinder gave us great hospitality
Broken shower doors, stained carpets. Lackadaisical attitude of staff. When i pointed out that the carpet in the room is stained i was told “that is how it is we cant help it”.
Then they switched the room and innthis one the bathroom door was broken. Like literally broken snd ready to fall. When i pointed that out the bell boy called someone and said that i didnt “ like the room”. Seriously!!!!???
Duty manager was called, after whet seemed like an eternity they moved me to another room. Guess what, i duscovered that the shower glass door in this room was broken. I gave up at this point and accepted it as my fate. Oh, by the way the freaking duty manager never checked back with me to see it things got resolved

Went there for a wedding in Ludhiana. Location is prime- Heart of Ludhiana.

Staff is very courteous and hospitable.
Left my phone in the room & couldn’t collect it back for almost a month and they kept it safe and followed up with me at regular intervals to give it back.

There rooms were clean the service were excellent and the breakfast spead was chefs kiss. Highly recommend
Wonderfu.My stay at Hyatt Ludhiana was wonderful, and the food was excellent too. I did have one hiccup, I accidentally left my t-shirt and jeans in the cupboard of my hotel room. After about 24 hours, I contacted the hotel about it, and they promptly returned my clothes to me. I really appreciated the quick and helpful response.
A special thanks to Shoaib from the hotel desk, who assisted me with this and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Overall, a great experience good service, good food.

Very very worst and Bad experience first they say me that they have some offer for their bars like 2000 per couple in which they are give unlimited beer and whisky I asked them which brand whisky they told good brand not mention any brand . So in brand I thought I will be chivas black labelled type But there is no such whisky there is balentines and teachers . And first they offer me this for 2000 when I told them to upgrade then they told me sorry sorry it’s for 4000 + taxes and I seriously don’t like this thing that there is no clarity and afterwards behaviour of staff is also not good they are gossiping to each other about us that we listened to then we told him that we listen your conversation then he says sorry sorry seriously very worst experience ever.
