It was an okayish stay
Pros:

Room size and amenities were good .

Cons:

The food was pathetic on many occasions and dismal most of days . The flowers on food tables were dried up and withering but nobody bothered to change them. The service was abysmally slow and sometimes non chalant.

Pros:

During my recent stay in hyatt I checked in late night at 11pm
While checkin Everything was sorted
Reception area - very good
Hassle free checkin
Than come the main room
Room size are pretty big but
Vibe is zero
- unhygienic rooms
- room kettle - worst
Washroom- not at all clean
Seriously [ need a renovation ]
Room - filled with smell of dampness
Carpet - very dirty
Only one word for the room - it was negative - feel / vibe / energy
Frankly speaking after paying this much money to the brand like hyatt
It was not expected
But yes
Breakfast- it was amazing - taste and options - very good

Great Hospitality and amazing staff
Pros:

Hyatt regency has been one of the best places to stay in Ludhiana. The staff is really warm and helpful. I am glad to see that the breakfast services have improved. Kudos to Mr Nikhil and Neeraj and Amanpreet for their efforts to make my stay amazing.
