The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were co-operative, prompt, and understanding throughout our stay. Mr Faizul was especially very helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better.
There was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was smooth and comfortable during our stay.
The hotel is well located in Gulshan. Lots of restaurants, a park and many shops (including barber) within walking distance. Decent breakfast. Very nice staff too (including security).
Probably a bit expensive.
They follow very old and strict policies that are not matching modern times. I suffered discrimination by the employees and the management due to religion and nationality. It was not nice at all to stay in this hotel and I will definitely never be back.
In this hotel they treat customers as cheaters and their couples as prostitutes, and they just refer to outdated policies stating that it's the law, but then they try to relocate you in other hotels. Aren't these other hotels following the law or is it that the management of this hotel live in the past?!? They are all liers and never cared about customers. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Sehr guter Service! Sehr gutes Frühstück
Das Restaurant mit Pool hatte leider nicht, wie angegeben, geöffnet. Gerade in den Abendstunden, wo es attraktiv gewesen wäre. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sonst ok. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Unser Aufenthalt in Dhaka war ungeplant und daher sehr spontan organisiert. Dass wir die vier Tage dort so genossen haben, lag auch an unserer Unterkunft. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Herr Faizul konnte am letzten Tag auch noch ein kostenfreies Late Checkout für uns organisieren, was uns noch ein wenig Entspannung vor der Abreise beschert hat.
Dhaka ist eine sehr laute und intensive Stadt und da war es schön diese auch immer mal wieder mit etwas Abstand aus der 11. Etage betrachten zu können.
Weitere Highlights waren für uns die sehr bequemen Betten und die verlässlich warme Dusche.
Da wir während der Ramadan Zeit im Hotel waren, gab es kaum Gäste außer uns, die gefrühstückt haben. Ein so großes Buffet wäre entsprechend nicht nötig gewesen. Vielleicht wäre es wirtschaftlicher während dieser Zeit ein à la carte Frühstück zu servieren, um Ressourcen zu sparen.
