I had a wonderful stayed room 2403 as a Diamond guest while celebrating our 23rd anniversary. The hotel kindly upgraded our room, and it was beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities for our special occasion.
The room was newly renovated, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel location is also very convenient — right next to the metro station and directly opposite a lovely bagel restaurant.
A very special thank you to Jennifer for the beautiful room decorations and amenities, and also to the reception team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. You truly made our anniversary celebration memorable.

The location was very convenient and close to the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was also comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day.
The room could have been a little more spacious, especially with luggage. Also, the check-in area or elevators were sometimes busy, which caused some waiting. Overall, these were small issues and did not affect our stay too much.

Only one of two lifts working for much of my stay caused delays in such a tall building with staff and guests vying for the lift
No hot water, can’t change rooms, bad experience
No hot water, no towels, elevator broken, flickering lights, loud environment, tiny bathroom. The room did not have towels when we checked in, and had to be requested from the front desk. then the next day house keeping took all the towels and bathmats from the bathroom and didn’t replace. towels had to be requested from the front desk again. The shower water never got hot. Half the elevators were broken causing long wait times to get up or down the 20+ stories. The lights in the room flickered constantly. The room never got all the way dark due to hallway lights. Sleeping was near impossible between the loud streets and the loud guests in the hallways.
28 floors, sold out hotel, one functioning elevator, just one. Maid's carts took up half of the one tiny elevator that operated. The other elevator was non- functional for my entire stay. No service elevator either apparently. Took a half hour to get on the elevator to get to my room. In the morning it was better, only 20 minutes to get down stairs.
Good staff and nice room.
One of the two elevators was not working, making it a long wait for elevator space. People nearby in hall or a room made noise late into the night, well after 12 midnight.
In front of hotel is construction so it is loud during 8am-6pm outside the rooms. The lobby could be cleaner.
I appreciated the breakfast box to go and free coffee.
I noticed that front desk staff person allowed someone to go into held luggage room themselves which seems like a potential for errors or stolen property.
