È il terzo anno di fila che soggiorniamo in questa deliziosa struttura, e ogni volta restiamo entusiasti. Carlo, Irina e Barbara sono ormai volti familiari a cui si è affezionato anche il nostro bimbo, che anche quest'anno è stato trattato "con i guanti". Posso solo parlare bene di questa struttura e del suo staff meraviglioso, e non vediamo l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo!

A lovely little gem of a hotel in the heart of Tuscany.

We booked this based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. Travelling with our 16 year old son, we booked the Junior Suite which turned out to be essentially two interconnected rooms, ideal for privacy and giving us ample space and storage.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with good aircon (much needed with temps of 35 degrees each day), our bathroom had a fab powerful shower and there were more breakfast choices than you could ever wish for. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind.

Ideally situated for exploring the area being 10 mins walk from the station and the Funicular, we spent lovely days in Montecatini Alto, Lucca, Florence, Pistoia and Pisa.

Honestly we have stayed in some hotels claiming to be four or five stars that were not as good as the Smarthotel Bartolini.

Top tip: if you fancy a pool day, pop over the road to the Settentrionale Esplanade, who offer a pool day pass with lunch and a drink included for 30 EUROs.

Everything, this was a gem of a boutique hotel in a prime location close to the train station, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely accommodating.
The hotel cleanliness and comfort was exceptional.
We will definitely go back

We are coming to the end of an absolutely wonderful week at the smart hotel Montecatini.
It is faultless from the easy check in with the proprietor Carlo, the wonderful receptionist Irina and Barbara who cooked and catered for our needs each morning with a happy,smiling disposition.
The cleanliness in every area of the hotel is exceptional, our room was cleaned daily to the highest standard,fresh towels when we needed, comfortable bed and wonderful air conditioning.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wonderful choice including fresh baked goodies each morning.
Water was available on tap, still and fizzy which can be taken to your room and chilled in your fridge.
There is also an honesty bar available in the dining area.
We have loved every moment of our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful boutique hotel, only 10 - 15 minutes from the train sfation and the centre of Montecatini.
We hope to return some day, thanks to Carlo, Irina and Barbara

Struttura eccellente! In posizione centrale con stanze curate nei minimi dettagli come ad esempio la cromoterapia nella doccia. Il proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente e ringrazio!! Alla prossima.

The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful from finding free parking close to the hotel, to giving us directions and guidance for Day Trips throughout Tuscany. Great central location for exploring Tuscany and Cinque Terme.

Location of the hotel was great! Easy walking to train station, parking, funicular...

The hotel WATER offerings (still, sparking, and mineral) were wonderful. And, most appreciated due to the Heat wave while we were there.

We stayed 7 nights at this property and would be happy to return.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camera perfettamente in ordine e pulita. bagno e doccia assai ampi e confortevoli. Posizione ottima in pieno centro e vicinissimo al parco, alle terme e alle principali attività.

Šeimininkas labai malonus. Vietoj paprasto dviviečio numerio davė pagerintą dvivietį. Gana rami gatvelė, triukšmo nėra. Pusryčiai geri. Galima išsirinkti iš kelių vaiantų.
