Great staff, especially at night and cleaning the rooms. Convenient to Gateway Ekamai.
Pros:

Love the balcony. The balcony and overall location of the hotel is why I have stayed here multiple times and will return. Staff is helpful and friendly especially the gentleman working the front desk on night shifts. Mattresses are comfortable and linens always clean. Rooms are a good size. Comfortable and convenient home base when in Bangkok.

Cons:

I like the tenth floor for the view but there is a noise coming from a water pump you can here it when you are close to the elevators. I had to ask to be moved on the first night because it was turning on and off all night (and day). The staff was quick to find me a quieter room at the other end of the hallway, but the room I was in on the front facing side of the hotel near the elevator really was not good with the water pump making so much noise.

I don't like the shower head, when it hangs on the wall it shoots out at 90 degree angle so you have to hold it. Put a hanger for it so we can stand normally in the shower.

Depending what room you're in the wifi is great or horrible.

Toutes les ventilations des climatisations étaient sur le balcon. Il faut éteindre toutes les climatisations avant de pouvoir profiter du balcon, sinon tout l'air chaud des climatisations nous souffle dessus
