Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο σταθμό της Πίζας. Πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης.

Poor Experience – Avoid This Hotel
​My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and fell well below acceptable standards for comfort and service.
​Limited Reception Hours: The front desk is only operational from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, making it difficult to receive assistance or resolve issues during the rest of the day.
​Language Barrier & Communication: All pre-arrival and on-site communications were provided exclusively in Italian, with no English translation available for international guests.
​Severe Noise Issues: Soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. Between heavy street noise and sound traveling easily from adjacent rooms and inside the hotel, it was impossible to get any sleep.
​Uncomfortable Furnishings: The double bed featured a sagging, bent mattress and a noisy metal frame that creaked loudly with every movement.
​Unprofessional Staff: The receptionist was unaccommodating and unacceptably rude when approached.

Odore di fogna dai bagni, cambio location da hotel a b&b senza chiedere se fossimo d'accordo, 10min a piedi in più in zona scomoda ZTL rispetto alla stazione, nessuna coperta aggiuntiva

The lady at reception desk was very nice

Cons:

There was no Internet connection in the room , TV was not working ,
We left our luggage after check out near the reception desk because of late flight and unfortunately money was stolen from the backpack. So be careful, don't leave valuable stuff there .

Cons:

Haustüre mit extrem lauten Schließmechanismus, Fenster undicht. Unerträglicher Straßenlärm, seitliches Fenster mit abgerissenem Seilzug für Rollo, das ein Öffnen nicht möglich machte, alkoholisierte und ranalierende Gäste lösten um ca 02.00 Uhr einen Polizeieinsatz im Haus aus....alles in allem ein Disaster.

Location, 2 minutes walk from Pisa train station. We had an early flight and used this hotel to sleep in so we did not have to travel from Florence very early

Cons:

There was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered the hotel in all of the public space. There was thankfully no smell in the room we had.

ESPERIENZA TERRIFICANTE!!!!!
Esperienza terribile, sono arrivata in hotel non c'era nessuno mi hanno lasciato solo il codice per entrare. Nella stanza non cerano coperte, la tapparella del balcone rotta non si abbassava, il balcone non chiudeva bene, la stanza affacciava sulla strada un primo piano dove si sentivano tutti i rumori, persone pocho affidabile ho dovuto chiamare LA POLIZIA chiusa nel bagno terrorizzata perché mi hanno bussato insistentemente nella stanza finché non hanno cercato di aprire la maniglia! Fortunatamente hanno identificato la persona che dormiva stesso nell'albergo (se cosi si puo chiamare)! Dovevo sostare due notti ma la seconda notte ho cambiato albergo. ESPERIENZA HORROR TERRIBILE NON ANDATE IN QUESTO ALBERGO
