Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly mention 'hotel limpio' and 'muy buenas y limpias instalaciones', indicating strong cleanliness standards overall.
Service
8
Mixed signals: several guests praise 'personal muy amable' and 'excelente atención', but there are multiple explicit complaints about reception staff being 'pésima actitud', 'jóvenes inexpertos, soberbios y desatentos' and issues with refunds, lowering the service score.
Location
9.6
Numerous comments highlight a very good location ('bien ubicado', 'cercano a todo', 'perfectamente ubicado'), making location a clear strength.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as comfortable and well equipped (including good accessible rooms), though isolated complaints about a 'cama totalmente hundida' and outdated TVs reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
9.5
Strong positive mentions of a climatized pool (30°C), well-equipped gym and included breakfast indicate very good amenities for the hotel's category.
Value for Money
9.4
Several reviewers note 'precio accesible', 'adecuada calidad y precio' and that it's a good option for families, supporting a high value-for-money rating.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast is repeatedly praised ('excelente', 'muy bien desayuno'), but a few comments suggest buffet food 'la pueden mejorar', so overall positive but not perfect.
Overall Experience
9.3
Most guests report 'todo bien', 'excelente', and would return; however, service inconsistencies and occasional room issues temper the otherwise strong overall experience.

Pros:
