Location was nice, Libby was nice along with the staff

Cons:

My bed had a tear in the bedskirt and the blanket was dingy yet I can tell it was washed. Super old and raggedy. The shower was horribly small and the floors weren’t very clean.

Pros:

Room was very roomy and ocean front. Great view and easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were the highlight of our stay.

Cons:

The pool was not available. There were no other options for the use of a pool. Was notified less than 24 hours before arrival that pool was not available. Offered to cancel reservation without a penalty. However, since I used a 3rd party app I would be responsible for contacting Booking.Com to get return of my payment for the entire stay. We did not cancel. Was told that OCM Garden Inn could not offer any recompense for lack of a pool as we booked through a third party app.

The hotel charges $20 a day to park on their property. You pay it separately via cell phone.
In order to use "free" wifi you had to join Hilton rewards. Otherwise, you would be charged a daily fee.

2 rooms not available at 4 pm check in. Left waiting for a room assignment. Was compensated with a free breakfast for our group. 1 room had no towels/washcloths

Somewhat dissatisfied. Might not return next year
Pros:

Location and the restaurant has good food

Cons:

Might be fussy but the glass of the front doors looked horrible. The lobby needed vacuumed. The refrigerator was turned down to low. The parking was over 80 dollars! Should be free

Great location but the service and facilities could be better
Pros:

Great location! Room was cozy and the balcony with the ocean view was great! We liked the deck and the showers by the beach entrance.

Cons:

The pool and gym were closed for few days when we arrived and we wanted to use the pool specifically. We also were missing towels in the room which was also open when we arrived. The service at the restaurant was also a bit chaotic.

Everything was great I must say. It's in a great area where a lot of things to visit are just walking distance. The oceanfront view was beautiful. The staff was definitely very polite.

Cons:

The one and only thing I didn't like was how small the towels are in the bathroom in the room. Other than that everything was good.
