Payed lots of money for a good stay but service was shit. Had to ask multiple times for proper towels and to fix our toi

Toilets didn’t flush properly and sewage water would leak onto the floor from the bottom of the toilet. Mold stains on our sheets aswell. Very poor stay for the price we payed

Surprisingly good value
Pros:

Location superb and the on site restaurant is really lovely. Gorgeous pool sparkling clean and lovely temperature. Rooms serviced every day and near to everything

Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht, fijn zwembad!
Pros:

Flexibiliteit van het personeel. We verbleven last minute met 1 persoon extra en een extra bed was zo geregeld.
De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit

Cons:

De badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het is functioneel maar kan zeker een update gebruiken. Een likje verf in het gehele verblijf zou ook geen kwaad kunnen.

De räddade mig.
Pros:

Det var helt otrolig personal. Jag fick Bali belly under första natten jag bodde här. Och utan personalen hade jag inte överlevt. De ringde doktor åt mig som kom till hotellet och hjälpte mig. Eftersom jag reste själv hade jag ingen som kunde hjälpa mig köpa mat så personalen gjorde det åt mig. De gav otrolig service till mitt rum. Jag har inte nog med ord att beskriva hur tacksam jag är för de som jobbade där och hur mycket de hjälpte mig. Att vara sjuk när man reser ensam är läskigt. Men de gjorde så jag kände mig trygg. Det var också rent och stort rum. Skön säng. Mysig balkong. Och som sagt, helt otrolig personal.
