Right on the bus line and it has a pool.
Day staff were indifferent to us but the night staff was great. The whole place probably had its heyday about 40 years ago. Luckily, some things have been updated, but not everything!!!
L'accueil exceptionnel de l'arrivée au départ.
La jeune femme du soir (arrivées vendredi vers 21h30) était d'une gentillesse qui fait plaisir à voir de nos jours.
Rien que pour cela si je dois redormir sur Aix c'est chez vous que je viendrais.
Pour ce qui est de la chambre égale au photo.
Piscine agréable, propre, bien placé pour accéder facilement au centre de Aix en Provence en bus !

Qu’un groupe de voyageurs(un car) déjeune dans la même salle de petit déjeuner que les autres clients de l’hotel. Aucune intimité et un sans gêne!

Tout état délabré supplément pour animaux prohibitif non signalé sur Booking ( un supplément PEUT vous être demandé) 10€ je n’ai jamais payé aussi cher dans tous les hôtels fréquentés
On n’a pas apprécié le réveil à 3 h du matin par le vigile essayant à toute force de faire sortir quelqu’un de sa chambre
On n’a pas apprécié non plus le manque d’excuse du personnel ce matin
On n’a pas dormi à cause de la circulation ininterrompue du boulevard
Bref beaucoup de travaux nécessaires pour cet hôtel mais ça ne changera pas sa situation et une formation pour le personnel serait la bienvenue pour traiter les problèmes.
