Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ótima localização e café da manhã, porém quarto pequeno.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado e apesar disso a rua não é barulhenta e movimentada. No final de semana principalmente.
O café da manhã é bem servido.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno. A cama auxiliar da criança ocupava o quarto de maneira que impedia a circulação. Durante o dia era necessário dobrar novamente a cama.

Ótimo hotel!
Pros:

Limpeza, agilidade no atendimento, café da manhã, localização muito boa.

Cons:

A única coisa que apontaria foi que o tamanho da cama de casal era pequena (padrão). Uma cama Queen talvez atendesse melhor a maior parte das pessoas. Mas nada que comprometa a qualidade do hotel.
