The location was good, the aircond was cold and the toilet were clean

Cons:

you get RM 15 tax when you pay and the staff didn’t appear in the lobby when i check out at 12.30 PM, so i need to wait for 30 minutes just for check out and take my deposit, so unprofessional

Bad Experience @Here Hotel
Pros:

Good location. There are mall & eatery shops nearby.

Cons:

The wifi was so bad & we were without wifi fir 2 dys & no TV as well due to IT failure. Problem wasn't resolved till the 2nd day we checked out.
