I enjoyed my stay and usaquen is a great village with lots of atmosphere in sprawling Bogota.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Would have been 5 stars except when reserving I specifically asked not to be placed in the room next to reception, based on reviews, and they confirmed this. The first night of five they put me in that room. This room is next to a restaurant with only a glass partition. The restaurant was loud and busy until 11pm and the reception was busy early in the morning. They eventually moved me on my second day but this was a bit of a dilemma.

El sector es excelente, buen desayuno y cómoda la habitación. La limpieza también muy bien y el personal es muy atento y amable.

El dispensador de jabón de la ducha estaba como atascado, salía muy poco jabón.

La amabilidad y buen servicio por parte de las chicas que trabajan allí, la limpieza, la ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

Es una estructura con demasiadas cosas por mejorar. Tuvimos que pedir cambio porque la puerta del baño no cerraba, siempre estaba abierta de par en par. La insonorización de la habitaciones es inexistente, se escucha todo lo que hacen en las demás habitaciones (todo!!) y en la recepción. El último día no había agua, tuvimos que ir al aeropuerto a hacer un viaje de 14 horas sin poder darnos una ducha en la mañana, muy muy mal. En resumen la infraestructura es un desastre.
