Las habitaciones todo bien, personal todo bien 🙂

Cons:

Que deberían de explicar un poco mejor lo del desayuno incluido los de nosotros fueron ligeros y no tuvimos ningún tema al pagar 75 pesos mas por persona para mas alimentos solo que si explicaran como es lo del desayuno

Al llegar me pidieron mi INE a lo que contesté que no la traía y sólo la traía digital. Lo que el recepcionista que dijo que eran reglas a lo que le dije que a la hora de hacer mi reserva no aparecía eso. El solo dijo “por eso hay que leer” que sinceramente me molestó. Le di mi celular en donde hice la reserva y le dije que me señalara en donde indicaba esto. Estuvo un rato con mi teléfono y sólo me lo regresó y me dijo “no no indica” entiendo que hay políticas, pero hay formas de decir las cosas. Sobre todo porque llegamos a las 10 de la noche, ya cansados y luchando para entrar a la calle ya que todas las calles estaban cerradas por algo del gobierno. Le dije que por favor estaba embarazada y que solo necesitaba descansar. Y fue cuando sucedió todo esto.
Al final me dió una tarjeta para que mandara mi ine por correo… entonces si había solucion y el chico no quería ayudar. Y solo fue grosero sinceramente.
Después mi llave no abría y mando al botones. El señor muy amable nos ayudó.
Pasamos a la habitación y después como de 20 minutos con otra llave nos abrieron la puerta indicando que una disculpa, era el mismo botones indicando que lo habían mandado a ver si la habitación ya estaba ocupada. Cuando fue el mismo quien nos ayudó a abrir hacia 20 minutos. Hablé a recepción para saber que había ocurrido y dijo que una disculpa. No dieron más razón… la puerta no contaba con ningún seguro o cadena o algo para estar más seguros.

La ubicación excelente, cerca del monumento a la revolución, caminando a 10 minutos llegas a la alameda central y también puedes tomar el metro o metrobus.
