Great Gem in a Gem of a town
Pros:

Lovely old hotel with some of the best views of Llandudno and the beach. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great facilities in the room with a good bathroom.

Cons:

The only thing, what comes with an old building, is that our bed and the cabinet with coffee cups shook like we were being hit by an earthquake, every time the people in the room next to us walked around, what they did a lot at night.

It’s an old hotel - everything that we needed was available from an old hotel - we are both active so wasn’t a problem but it is on a slope

We enjoy out stay but I don’t think I’d chose this hotel again.
Pros:

Nice and clean, old fashioned Victorian vibe. Lovely views. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Rattling windows with a draught. Curtains very heavy and difficult to draw. Room small and not much room with 2 big chairs. Bed very hard and solid pillows.

Pros:

The view and our room had a private balcony. Breakfast was really good they made you hot breakfast of your choice.

Had no fridge and the parking is a bit like tetris.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is well prepared varied and tasty..the staff are chatty but effectively efficient...the whole place is excellent..
