Great value in a well maintained property
Pros:

The views from the property were lovely . The breakfast was really nice. They catered well for vegetarians . It was very clean

The incline to access the property by foot but the views were worth it

Cons:

Dining room and dressing are tired and need renewing. Eg table mats, chairs

Breakfast plates too hot - blistered my finger. Could be dangerous for a child.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely old hotel but very nice and well maintained with stunning views from the rooms we had the very top room with the best views of Llandudno and Conway the breakfasts where lovely with a great choice of cereal and fruit the full English breakfasts are really nice using fresh local produce the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you would highly recommend

Cons:

At the top of a steep hill would be a struggle for those who struggle to walk

This hotel is disappointing and bad need of putting in order.

Cons:

Sticky surfaces on the bed headboard. The bar top. Dusty greasy mirrors and bottles throughout the bar.
No hotel information in the room.
No local tourist information leaflets.
No breakfast menus.

Great place if you like quiet and good food.
Pros:

We easily parked in front and the place has lovely views over the seafront. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and still smelled of bleach a bit. The breakfast offered cereal and bread options as well as cooking to order. There were a lot of food options and they were good. The windows in the breakfast room had a great view. It was quiet at night. The free wifi worked well. The tv worked well. The room was supplied with a kettle, coffee and tea tray.

Cons:

The parking was all fit into a drive which meant the people parked in front of us were stuck until we moved out. When, we arrived, we had to go searching for someone to check us in and then I did not find him very friendly. This was minor though.
