The buffet was not the biggest I have seen, however the food was fresh and good quality. The cooked part was excellent.
The furniture in our room did not offer enough storage.
The view
Breakfast poor. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. Whole place a bit dated. Parking very tight. This was supposed to be 4 star and in my opinion was anything but, 3 at very best.
Lovely friendly staff who were always positive and helpful. Breakfast selection was good. A great place to come away with our granddaughter.
.
The hotel was well located, with the cable car just over the way & the town including the pier at the bottom of the road the hotel is on. Great location for a family. The building is a beautiful old building and we liked the way it’s decorated inside to be in keeping with its age.
The staff were the stars of the show for us, from check in, to getting drinks at the bar, to breakfast & checking out the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very clean too.
If we had to pick on something it would be the finish to the bedroom & bathroom. It’s a little dated and basic, it didn’t cause us any problem but a freshen up would go a long way.
Stunning views of Llandudno

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, die Lage gut. Alles war wie beschrieben und hat uns gefallen.
Everything
It was all good
Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was a good choice and cooked nice. Got to choose as we are fussy with food.
View was amazing.
Lady was lovely and very welcoming and helpful.
Old windows were hard to open making the room very hot.
Didnt realise it was up such a steep hill. Difficult for older people to walk up
We picked this place because the old features had been kept, and the fact it had a bar, the views were amazing. The room was supplied with a fan, iron and board, and a hairdryer
We know you can't suit everyone all of the time and we are a little fussy but with money we paid we expected a little more.
The room was small we felt more like a single size room than a double, the bathroom was so tight to get into and if anyone flushed their toilet or ran water in another room it sounded like it was in our bathroom. The bed wasn't level and everytime someone moved next door it moved our headpost, we didn't sleep well at all.
As far as breakfast is concerned I would recommend anyone not to book for the latest time available, when we went down there wasn't much left to choose from as far as fruit or juice is concerned, you have to get your own tea/coffee, toast and deli - if any left! - as far as cooked breakfast is concerned I had no trouble with mine but my husbands was both undercooked and the beans I'm not sure how to discribe them - more like mushy beans!
Parking - not enough room for cars and once the parking spaces are full there are problems trying to walk past them, once the car park is full (5 cars) you have to park on the road and it's very tight at the top for you turn your car round, we actually reversed all the way back down.
We knew it was on a hill but didn't realise it was so steep so be aware when booking, I have fibromyalgia and my husband has COPD and the hill along with the fact we didn't sleep well and wasn't too happy with our accommodation we actually left a day early.
La situation geographique, le côté surrané de l'hotel
Le petit déjeuné moyen, pas d'internet à l'hotel
Great room and breakfast.

Arrived early, but staff still allowed us access to the drive to park the car while we explored Llandudno town. A few minutes walk to everything we needed. Lovely views over the bay.
