Pros:

Velmi pěkný hotel na výborném místě kousek od centra. Parkování je zajištěné v parkovacím domě vedle hotelu, platí se v hotelu a výjezd už je bez starostí.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das hotel liegt zentral und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Auch der gesamte Eindruck des Hotels war angenehm.

Hotel à conseiller sans soucis et à renouveler pour moi
Pros:

Emplacement génial en bordure du Rhein, proche des restaurants, 10 mn à pied de la gare. Un accueil extrêment sympathique. Hôtel tout neuf, matériaux de qualité. Des zones de détente en bas pour lire, ou discuter avec un bar.

Die zentrumsnahe Lage

Cons:

Fehlende Fahrstuhl Nummerierung in den oberen Etagen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Das Personal hatte einen ungünstigen Moment, wo die Fahrstuhl Etikette nicht beachtet wurde und ich beinahe gefallen wäre.

Super nettes Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt am Neckar und in ein paar Gehminuten in der Stadtmitte.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben ohne Probleme ein neues Zimmer bekommen, nachdem es in unserem Zimmer Nachts ein ständiges Klickgeräusch gab. Es war sogar ein Upgrade drin.

Wir sind wegen dem Radturnier in der Stadt einen Tag eher abgereist, weil wir sonst am nächsten Tag schon sehr früh hätten abreisen müssen. Wir haben die Übernachtung und die Parkgebühr für diesen Tag zurück bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas pflegebedürftig. Badezimmertüren unten etwas aufgequollen und die Dusche schließt nicht richtig ab.

Lage gut , Kommunikation sehr schlecht

Das Hotel im ganzen liegt sehr schön und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und da wir dieses Hotel aufgrund der Klima Anlage gebucht haben war es sehr enttäuschend für uns. Man hat uns zwar als Wiedergutmachung das Frühstück erlassen, was wir im nachhinein nur durch eine Beschwerde bekommen haben, aber zwei Nächte nicht schlafen können und dann das bei 32 Grad Zimmertemperatur war nicht schön und hat bei meiner Frau gesundheitliche Schäden hinterlassen, da Sie vorbelastet ist, darum haben wir das Hotel gebucht. Da fehlt mir die Verhältnismäßigkeit. Man hat uns dies nicht im Vorfeld gesagt, hätten wir es gewusst .hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht.
