The min small fridge in the room. Please consider putting a mini fridge that is big enough to accommodate our personal drinks
The location and standard of the hotel was fantastic. Right next to where I needed to be, excellent value for money with great staff. Breakfast included in the price was also great. Highly recommended.

Security good, restaurant and bar nice
The shower did not spray water in a nice direction and the door did not close in the shower
First of all the location, the view, the Restaurant, the live band even in the morning the breakfast everything was perfect !
Only the parking garage is a little bit tight to In-N-Out and the passenger elevator is too busy. It’s because of there is a lot of function in the hotel.
Amazing view and really good food, but the experience was ruined by the extremely loud DJ setup in such a compact space. My date and I could barely hear each other speak, and we even left with headaches. We asked the manager if the volume could be lowered, but the DJ was dismissive and refused to adjust it.
The atmosphere felt more like a cramped club than a lounge, and the service did not match hotel standards either. Disappointing, because the place itself has so much potential.
The comfortability of the property, was soon as I was there it felt safe and comfortable, and soon after spending a few days it was just a relief to finally get back to the room, the ambiance of the 360 skybar and the breakfast lounge was unbelievable and I enjoyed it very much, I’m blessed to say I stayed there and I plan on returning again, I was in such a rush I forgot thank the staff, so I’d love to thank them all again properly.
The only thing I would say is the showers were rather cold, but refreshing compared to the heat.

Bon emplacement au centre d’Addis-Abeba proche de lieux touristiques facilement accessibles en taxi ou à pied. Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner correct. Animation sur le rooftop en soirée.
J’avais réservé la navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel, confirmé par message. À mon arrivée il n’y avait personne, le chauffeur d’un autre hôtel a pu appeler le Monarch et j’ai attendu +30 minutes que la navette arrive.
Les chambres sont mal isolées et on entend tous les bruits extérieurs en soirée. Ça ne m’empêche pas de dormir mais prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour ceux au sommeil léger.

Joseph the manager of the breakfast room on the 13th floor, I congratulate him.. most heartfelt because he is very professional in his work. I meet him in the elevator returning back for having found the kitchen closed, Joseph asks me if I had had breakfast and I told him that they had let me back because it was closed and he accompanied me in person and let me serve breakfast as agreed in the direction best regards Alessio
I had a very pleasant stay at Monarch Hotel. The reception team especially Hiwot, Hermela, Bethlehem, Tsedey, Yordanos and Bitaniya were welcoming professional and efficient, making check in smooth and stress-free. The overall hospitality was excellent, with staff consistently friendly and attentive throughout my two-weeks stay. I was also impressed with the breakfast which offered a good variety of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, the dining area was clean and comfortable area. Overall, I highly recommend Monarch Hotel for its excellent service, warm hospitality and quality breakfast.
