i would like to express my sincere thanks to Joseph and the staff at the Monarch Parkview. their hospitality and warmth made it feel like home. they were very welcoming, attentive to details and considered every request we made. i especially enjoyed the Buna celebration Joseph prepared for us on Friday for our last day of the workshop at ACDC. it was amazing feeling part of the culture.

Many thanks to Joseph Dereje and his team for the warm hospitality. I had a very pleasant stay at Monarch Hotel. Cons:

Hotel has no AC, no Fan, very few staff understand English, we asked for fan they brought heater.
Poor WiFi, no coverage at all in our room, when asked to fix, no IT person available.

Pros:

Overall good service from the hotel staff from organizing airport transfers to timely response to the needs of guests. I had trouble connecting to WIFI in my room and they were able to switch me to a better room where connectivity was much better. Great breakfast and enjoyed the view of the city while dinning and having breakfast at the restaurant located at the rooftop. Good location and great service for the price. Highly recommend!

Pros:

C'étaient notre troisième fois de séjourner dans l'hôtel monarch. Le personnels sont professionnels, sympathiques et efficaces.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables malgré quelques équipements qui ont besoin d'un petit mise à jour. Le litterie est très bon et confortable.
Le restaurant au 13e étage est très bien pour le petit-déjeuner et le repas de soir aussi.
J'adore la situation géographique et la proximité de plusieurs parcs et sites culturels.
Merci beaucoup pour les services super.

Cons:

Rien à dire. Tout ce bien passé au Monarch. On reviendra dans quelques mois.
