Jeśli istnieje gdzieś miejsce, w którym gościnność weszła na poziom mistrzowski, to jest nim Hotel Kiston. Już od momentu przyjazdu miałem wrażenie, że nie jestem gościem hotelowym, tylko dawno niewidzianym członkiem rodziny, na którego wszyscy czekali z niecierpliwością. 😄

Wszystko było po prostu fantastyczne. Hotel piękny, zadbany, komfortowy i dopracowany w najmniejszych szczegółach. Pokój tak wygodny, że każdego ranka trzeba było prowadzić poważne negocjacje z samym sobą, żeby jednak z niego wyjść. Gdyby można było wystawiać oceny za jakość snu, dałbym co najmniej 11/10.

Największe słowa uznania należą się jednak obsłudze. Szczerze mówiąc, dawno nie spotkałem tak serdecznych, życzliwych i profesjonalnych ludzi. Uśmiech pojawiał się szybciej niż moje pytanie, a pomoc była oferowana jeszcze zanim zdążyłem pomyśleć, że jej potrzebuję. Chwilami zastanawiałem się, czy personel nie posiada jakichś nadprzyrodzonych zdolności czytania w myślach. 😊

Atmosfera panująca w hotelu sprawia, że człowiek od pierwszej chwili czuje się wyjątkowo. Każdy pracownik dokłada wszelkich starań, aby pobyt był niezapomniany, i naprawdę to widać. To nie jest zwykła obsługa klienta – to prawdziwa sztuka dbania o gości.

Na osobne wyróżnienie zasługuje również kuchnia. Jedzenie było tak pyszne, że momentami zastanawiałem się, czy nie powinienem zamówić dodatkowej walizki na drogę powrotną. Każdy posiłek był ucztą, a śniadania sprawiały, że dzień od razu zaczynał się lepiej.

Podsumowując: pobyt był absolutnie rewelacyjny. Hotel zasługuje na najwyższe oceny, a obsługa na osobną kategorię ocen, bo zwykła skala jest tutaj zdecydowanie za mała. Dziękuję za wspaniały czas, fantastyczną atmosferę i wzorową gościnność. Jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca do wypoczynku, to mogę ostrzec tylko przed jednym – po pobycie w Hotelu Kiston inne hotele mogą już nie robić takiego wrażenia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😄
