All bookings will be pre-authorised prior to the arrival date and/or charged in full on the day of booking.

From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.

Please note that the baby cot must be requested at the time of booking via the Special Request Box.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge as follows:

- Vegetarian Breakfast: GBP 10 per person per day

Esperienza pessima: zona pericolosa, camera sporca, muffa e servizio inesistente. Evitare.

Non c'è davvero nulla di positivo da poter dire di questa struttura.

Cons:

Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ci sono davvero molti aspetti negativi da segnalare.
Eravamo in 4 ragazze e la zona è risultata estremamente pericolosa. La prima sera, a circa 100 metri dall’hotel, abbiamo visto un uomo sanguinante per un taglio vicino all’orecchio. Il giorno successivo la strada era bloccata da almeno 7 pattuglie della polizia, con segni evidenti di sangue e persino scarpe insanguinate e abbandonate. Abbiamo poi scoperto che si trattava di un altro accoltellamento. Avevamo sinceramente paura anche solo per uscire e prendere la Tube.
Per quanto riguarda l’hotel (se così si può definire), le condizioni sono pessime. La camera è minuscola e molto calda, dotata solo di un ventilatore completamente inutile. La pulizia è praticamente inesistente: abbiamo trovato capelli e peli ovunque, persino sotto le lenzuola. L’impressione è che non sia mai stata pulita.
Il bagno era in condizioni altrettanto critiche: muffa evidente nella doccia, silicone deteriorato e in fase di distacco, e luce non funzionante.
La seconda sera ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, ma da 4 sono diventati solo 2. Quando abbiamo chiesto quelli mancanti, il personale è andato a recuperarli da un container dietro la nostra stanza. Gli asciugamani consegnati erano sporchi e addirittura bagnati.
Esperienza decisamente negativa sotto ogni aspetto. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Pros:

Cost and easy walk to train using the Elizabeth Line. Great value. Parking was also great for cost. Shop just a 2min walk down the road, handly.

Cons:

Shower/bathroom could have done with a better clean.
No table in room for kettle, awkward making a cup of tea.
