All bookings will be pre-authorised prior to the arrival date and/or charged in full on the day of booking.

From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.

Please note that the baby cot must be requested at the time of booking via the Special Request Box.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge as follows:
- English Breakfast: GBP 12 per person per day
- Vegetarian Breakfast: GBP 10 per person per day

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve been stayed in.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The staff weren’t particularly friendly.
The door key was difficult to operate.
The TV didn’t work.
The toilet seat was falling off.
The curtain rail was falling off.
No hangers in the wardrobe.
Dirty floor.
Lights not working.
Wall sockets not working.

Pros:

It was a decent place for the price.big beds, clean and comfortable. The place had an option for breakfast at rhe proce of 5 pounds. Checking late (midnight) was possible. Be mindful of 50 £ deposit.

Cons:

The shower was not welcoming. I think it was clean, but just would not use it without flip flops.

Its was okay not too good

The Shisha Bar downstairs was Amazing but the Rooms not good,

Location was good because it's close to the airport.

Cons:

The room had no windows so room ventilation was awful. With an air conditioner this could have been solved. Bathroom was in very bad condition. The worse thing though was that there was a 50£ security deposit that it took almost two months to be refunded to my bank account. Not recommended.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and accommodating. The downstairs restaurant/bar had a relaxing atmosphere.

The room was clean and a good size with it's own bathroom

Cons:

The room furniture and the floor did seem a bit tired but it was good value for money
