All bookings will be pre-authorised prior to the arrival date and/or charged in full on the day of booking.

From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.

Please note that the baby cot must be requested at the time of booking via the Special Request Box.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge as follows:
- English Breakfast: GBP 12 per person per day
- Vegetarian Breakfast: GBP 10 per person per day

very basic room - served the purpose
Pros:

proximity to airport; price; stayed in a family room for 4; no carpet on floors

Cons:

not enough parking - needed to move car for others; had to request a hairdryer, one not in room; tiny bathroom sink

Pros:

I liked that they had 24h front desk, we could check in late. Ana, the lady at the front desk was friendly and really helpful.

Cons:

The Inn is older and the age is noticeable.

I would like a refund and

The bed sheets were clean

Cons:

The hotel was advertised as having a shuttle service - it did not
We asked for two rooms close as we have children - did not accomodate.
The room was not clean had not been cleaned and had a pizza box with chickn bones in ti the children freaked out. The shower was mouldy. The sink tap was falling off.

Pros:

Nice lady on Reception

Cons:

Car park was ridiculous. Had to move the car three times.
Hotel bar only stocked a few drinks.
Lift was out of order.
Room didn't look like advertised photograph.
Door lock didn't work from the inside.
Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
Electric socket above bed intermittent.
Road facing room, extremely noisy.
Left earlier than planned as we hardly got any sleep.

Terriable wanted to rest before my flight dint get a wink of sleep

All in one room

Cons:

Not clean, facilities extremely poor- no water pressure in the sink taps, taps were too small therefore could not use to wash hands or brush your teeth
Had to use shower head bit that was extremely hard to get to due to the screen
Not enough room to use the sink very narrow
I think the beds were clean but we slept on top just incase as my daughter found a blond hair in one bedding
Mattresses very uncomfortable due being a put up bed the springs were digging into my back
Room was extremely warm and stuffy hand two fans one dint work and the other was blowing the hot air about.
For the kids the Television only had one channel working in today’s day an age very rare

That the staff clean rooms every day. Property has back garden.

Property rooms have not fridge, no air conditioning. All beds have very old and hard mattress. No soap.

Uncomfortable stay because of poor hygiene and itchy bites

We went in room was ok but couldn’t feel comfortable really

Cons:

Mattres weren’t cleaned proper we got very bag itching and round circle red sore immediately was feels like bed begs in wasnt duvet and bedding not cleaned and comfy
