From Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.
Continental Breakfast is complimentary, but this cannot be deducted from the room rate if breakfast is not taken.
Breakfast cannot be offered as a take-out service and can only be consumed within the dining facilities.

The stuff were friendly and helpful. The room was cute. I am a very easy going person so I didnt mind the size of the room. It was very small without a window but personally I dont mind. But if I am not mistaken there were more options. If you are passing by London or staying for a few days that will do just fine. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and an underground station just 15 minutes walk. Around the area there are things to do. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and parks.
The bed was confortable! I would just prefer the shower to be a bit cleaner.
Overall it was fine. if you are a person of luxuries maybe this isn't the one for you. But if you are an easy going person - solo traveller this is just fine! If am in the area wouldn't mind staying again.
Easy to get to, near to local amenities, friendly chatty staff. Hot drink station in the room with kettle.
There was no chair to sit on, in case you wanted to sit down other than on the bed. No where to hang used towels after using in the bathroom. No bathroom mat after coming out of the shower so you only had the cold tile floor to walk on with wet feet.
Anna at reception was wonderful and very helpful after having my flight cancelled and left stranded by British Airlines.

It was cheap and parking was free. Location is close to station so it was easy to travel. When asked for hair dryer they were so kind to lend us one. Recenti lady was kind and gave us warm welcome.
The room for 4 was very hot and there was only 1 small table fan. When we asked the reception for another fan since we were 4 people in a small room they were not able to help. In the night we heard countinuos noice of people in the nearby room and there was no person in the reception who checked. I believe this would help improve the service.

Just how close it was to the airport
It’s obviously a cheap place so you get what you pay for - the beds were rock hard, the showers weren’t clean - but that was fine, we expected that for what we paid. But the issue we had was trying to check out at 4am so we could catch our flight on time. We were told there would always be someone on the desk, but when we came down no one was there. I had given a £50 security deposit so I didn’t want to just leave, but we had to get to our flight. Then we realised the door was locked so we couldn’t leave if we wanted to. We had a look round for a staff member and found one sleeping under some coats in the adjacent shisha bar. We ended up having to wake her up to unlock the door and give us the security deposit. This made us late to the airport but luckily not too late as we had decided to get up quite early. Still, this shouldn’t happen as it could cause some people to miss their flights.
