Great place in a very noisy location
Pros:

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of action.

Cons:

However, it is quite literally in the middle of action. There is a nightclub on a parallel street blasting music on the weekends. And if you pick a room with a balcony I n the top floor, the seagulls start screamloudly over your head at 4am.

Family Fun in Portland
Pros:

The hotel was clean and rooms were well-designed. Location was great--Walking distance to Old Port, the wharves, sightseeing departure points, and excellent shops and restaurants. You are not far from drives to the lighthouse, Old Orchard Beach boardwalk, beaches, and more. There were tables in the lobby for after-dinner card games for my visiting family.

Wonderful location and very accommodating
Pros:

Location was prime- shops and restaurants surround the hotel and the waterfront is a few minutes walk. Welcoming and accommodating staff all around. Good breakfast- food options vary slightly each morning. Clean rooms. Valet parking was easy. Whole area is walkable.
