A estadia é boa, o restaurante é péssimo a menos que se consuma PEIXE ate no café da manhã.
Pros:

O Hotel é confortável fico nele a bastante tempo, o restaurante atual tem ramo principal comida JAPONESA no primeiro dia no almoço solicitei um prato com bife veio com gosto de peixe, e no café da manhã o omelete estava também com sabor PEIXE.

Cons:

Portanto o atual restaurante ao lado da recepção é terceirizado e tem pouca higiene no serviço e as informações passadas ao garçom não foram ouvidas e ou resolvida pela equipe, enfim péssimo atendimento.

Forma do Check-in. (pedi para dividir no cartão e me cobraram à vista mais de 6mil. Como eram 23:00hs e estava com minha família não tive escolhas) - a forma com que o atendente me abordou que mais me deixou indignado. Como quem diz “paga ou some daqui”. Falta de empatia. Graças a Deus tenho a possibilidade de pagar. Mas imagino uma pessoa que não tenha essa possibilidade e planejou o pagamento de forma diferente da única opção que nos passaram.
- Barulho da Janela do quarto ( pedi pra mudar e não fui atendido. Mesmo tendo outros quartos disponíveis)
- café da manhã simples demais para valor da diária do hotel
- Estacionamento ( dito no anuncio fomo incluso) a 60 reais a diária
- Piscina fria (falava em aquecida no anuncio)

My stay was very pleasant overall.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

objetivo de trabalho alcançado,

localização e tamanho do apto

Cons:

O café foi um dos pontos negativos, por 3 dias o café morno, os ovos mexidos frios, o suco quente e não havia gelo,
na primeira noite perguntamos se o apto era silencioso, disseram que sim, não era! Pedidos para trocar criaram algumas dificuldades para atender nosso pedido, insistimos porque estavamos a trabalho e precisavamos descansar a noite e depois de muitas imposições acabaram fazendo a troca!

O ponto principal é obviamente a localização, que é muito boa.

Cons:

Acredito que o ponto principal a eles se atentarem são os banheiros, acho que merecem uma reforma, uma modernizada.

Spacious room with a kitchen and a balcony, wifi is stable. Table is convenient for work, if needed.

Cons:

Not much cutlery or cooking essentials. Breakfast is very basic, same eggs, cheese and oranges every day. The staff tried to extort payment for a second cup of coffee (and that was not specialty espresso, it was very basic watery cafesinho). With the price the hotel charges that's disgraceful.

A Localização excelente. Funcionários maravilhosos, super atenciosos. Quarto aconchegante. Café da manhã muito bom. Tudo foi perfeito. Voltarei lá mais vezes.
