Great location horrible bed!
Pros:

Staff was amazing, especially Latoya. Great location but bed was horrible! Felt like sleeping in a box spring.

Comfortable
Pros:

The facilities were great, and the property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything they could. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and considering the location, I think it offers good value compared to other decent accommodations in the area.

Cons:

The elevator was quite slow and sometimes made unusual noises and movements, which was a little concerning. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues during my stay.

Safe, convenient, friendly and pretty hotel.
Pros:

I was delayed leaving Sint Maarten’s by one day due to bad weather flying home. Needed a place for one night because my previous rental wasn’t available that night. Found this on Booking.com in the morning with very good reviews. The Suites allowed me to check in an hour early because of my situation. Staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. Latoya went above & beyond to help me upgrade my room to a sea view with balcony. She even helped me with my luggage up to the room and escorted me in to show me all features. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler and the bedroom stayed very cool in extremely hot weather. Shout out again to the hotel for being so accommodating and to LaToya for being so friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Personally I like a more secluded area but if you want to be in a great spot for beach, shopping, many restaurants & eateries, all within a block, this is the place to go!

Right price for an absolutely beautiful place to stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved the ladies in the front. Everyone was so nice so helpful shout out to Alexia and Toya for being absolutely hospitable. It was very clean very fresh. I loved my room. It was spacious. It was perfect. The location of this hotel is so convenient.

I liked everything I cannot say that I didn’t like anything or one thing honestly

Nice room and great location.
Pros:

A clean, comfortable and quiet room. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Good location with plenty of restaurants / bars within easy walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop for the local minibuses to the airport and Philipsburg .

Cons:

Niet alles in de kamer was even schoon. Uit de kraan kwam vaak bruin water, dus wij hebben flessen water gekocht.

Pros:

Locatie frumoasa, curata, la 100 metri de plaja, de la aeroport se poate ajunge cu microbuzul trebuie doar sa traversati parcarea, am avut balcon destul de mare, statia de microbuz la 300 de metri, supermarket la 300 de metri, un market chiar langa cazare, terase peste drum de cazare.

The location and friendly staff are at the top of my list. Also the room was perfect for my needs.

Cons:

The room was a little warm and I couldn't adjust the air. Also noise was an issue, I could hear everything including basic conversations in the corridor. Made it hard to get a solid sleep.
