La señorita de recepción terrible no tengo idea de como contratan a alguien asi, creo que deberían de revisar las cámaras y ver el trato que da a los clientes

El hotel bien, la señorita de recepción terrible, horrible, fatal.
Pros:

El hotel esta en remodelacion y aun asi se siente bastante bien, la ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

La atención de la muchacha en recepción es terrible, deberían buscar personas que tengan mínimo de conocimiento en atención al cliente, fatal personal arrogante y con una actitud horrible.

No me gustó que ingresaran a mi habitación mientras desayunaba, y no fue para hacer limpieza, cuando volví, noté que se llevaron toallas del lavamanos y cosas movidas, NO se llevaron mis objetos personales, pero no hicieron limpieza, por lo que no sé con qué intención entraron.
