Excellent accommodation in good location
Pros:

The location near a train station and tram route. The comfortable bed and room with a little kitchen and bathroom/toilet. This venue is quiet although there are trams and trains nearby. The area has plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

The microwave oven is too high, and I couldn't easily use it.

Pros:

Nothing was horrible

Cons:

I told the team the toilet seat was broken they sent someone up but all they did was look at it the next time of use I sat down and pinch my leg. This was mentioned and they still did nothing. No compensation or apologies or anything.
The oven does not work well ruined my food.
Air-conditioning awful full blast nothing in bedroom so freezing all night

Great location, great staff, terrible room.
Pros:

We arrived at approximately 11:30 pm, and the staff were very helpful in assisting us with check-in.

The staff were understanding when we explained why we were leaving early and kindly offered us a refund for the 3 more days we had booked.

Cons:

The apartment was in a disgusting condition. There was a large stain on the sofa, the bin was badly dented and damaged, and there was mould in the shower. The walls were scratched, and a lot of dust on top of the air conditioner.

As it was too late in the evening to find alternative accommodation, we stayed for the first night. The following morning, after securing other accommodation nearby, we checked out asap at around 9:30 am.
