Ziaden osobny telefinicky kontakt, ziadne sorry, arogancia. A este treba pozriet ci vratili peniaze cez booking.

Bol som s pobytom v tomto hotely veľmi spokojný a rád sa sem vrátim.
Pros:

Veľmi pekný, príjemný a čistý hotel s profesionálnym personálom, Recepcia, izbový servis, kuchyňa, reštaurácia na výbornej úrovni. Vhodný hotel pre aktívnych ľudí, príjemné prostredie, blízkosť Bratislavy aj cyklotrás VD Gabčíkovo.

Wir hatten ein DoZi für eine Nacht zum Abschluss unserer Österreich Radtour gebucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel wirkt von außen relativ neu und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war schon etwas gebraucht, aber okay. Das Bad ist geräumig. Es gab auch eine Minibar

Der Badventilator läuft laut und lange nach.

Leider schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut. Zwei Zimmer direkt neben mir waren voll mit Leuten, die bis um 2 Uhr in der Nacht geschrien und Party gemacht haben. Da die Rezeption ab 22 Uhr nicht besetzt ist, ist das ein echtes Problem, weil ich niemand erreichen konnte, um mich zu beschweren. Außerdem war das Zimmer extrem heiß. Trotz Klimaanlage habe ich es nicht kühl bekommen.

Lokalizacja blisko natury przy dunaju

Cons:

Jedzenie.
Brak jakichkolwiek opcji wegańskich mimo że Pan recepcjonista potwierdził że będą. W efekcie zapłaciliśmy z moją partnerką 30 euro za śniadanie gdzie nie było niczego do jedzenia oprócz parówek, bekonu, szynki i tym podobnych obrzydliwych rzeczy.
Nawet mleko było tylko w opcji krowiej.

Musieliśmy zadowolić się suchą bułką z dżemem i herbatą. Za 30 euro!

Für eine Übernachtung gut, für längeren Aufenthalt wird viel Versprochen, wenig gehalten.
Pros:

Personal war freundlich, Betten bequem, Einrichtung modern.
Abendessen war sehr gut.
Da wir wegen Sportveranstaltung früh aufbrechen mussten, Lunchpacket erhalten.

Cons:

Zusatzkosten für kleinen Hund mit 25.-Euro pro Tag sehr teuer. Weiss nicht, ob man da noch von einem hundefreundlichen Hotel reden kann.
Für Bestellungen längere Wartezeiten einrechnen. Service nicht sehr aufmerksam.
Frühstückbuffet wird nur spärlich aufgefüllt, keine Müesslischalen, keine Butter, erst auf Nachfrage.
In der Beschreibung steht Fahrradverleih, leider gibt es nur ein einziges Fahrrad, welches man nützen könnte.
