Pros:

Walking distance to everything we needed . breakfast was nice

Cons:

Room was. Very small not much room at all could not stay in room more than one night
No soap. Shampoo conditioner only some stuff on the wall power points only on one side of room not much room between single beds. Also no toilet brush to clean toilet after use .
Sorry would not stay here again @ $345 for one night

Fantastique hôtel, perfectly located at the heart of the city
Pros:

The personnel was amazing and really helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the city center of Adelaide- and it is just a few meters away from the bus station to go to the airport (J2 bus).
The bus station to go to Kangooroo Island is also not far and walkable from the hôtel.
There are convenient stores open till midnight of needed - and a restaurant at the First floor of the hotel. The room was quiet, clean !
