A clean and comfortable place to stay close to the CBD.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to many of the main attractions in and around the CBD. Room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Blackout blinds did the job they are intended for. Staff were very welcoming and polite on both check-in and checkout.

Cons:

Although the room was on the 8th floor, fronting the street meant we could still hear street noise. No soup on the restaurant menu.

Nothing major to comment its just a single room. . .

Cons:

This important feedback needs to be addressed. At the very least, please ensure basic amenities are provided for guests, such as drinking water in the rooms and toothpaste in the bathrooms. These essentials would cost less than $4 in total, which is a very small expense considering guests are being charged $185 per night. .

Room as expected. Bed comfortable.
Pros:

Disappointing that on public holiday only a box breakfast was available. We had to leave at 7am and although the contents may have suited some, it wasn't for me.

Cons:

Lack of choice for box breakfast. No cereal, too much with nuts. Only orange juice option to which I am 'sensitive'.

Cons:

Not enough staff on at reception. I was in a queue of three couples and it took a least 30 minutes for me get service. The young assistant was very good and apologetic for the wait but more staff would have been better

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

There was only two teabags in the room the other two were green tea which we don't drink . I think that was pretty poor for a over night stay. No wine glasses to drink out of. The room itself was very small. We picked the superior room which we thought would of been a bit better than the standard.. I don't think there would of been much difference. Would I stay there again, I don't think so.
