Wonderful Stay at Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern furniture and fittings. We especially loved the lovely kitchenette, which was very convenient and added to the comfort of the stay. Staff were also very accommodating.

The hotel is located in a great area, with KL Sentral nearby, making it very convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. The location, comfortable room, and modern facilities made my stay very enjoyable.

Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur! and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A stay with pleasant surprises🤗💕
Pros:

The location was superb,room was big and clean.The room had everything we needed and the hotel even gave us free shuttle ride to board our ETS Train back to JB.🙏The best was the welcome drink and a bowl of apples at the lobby..."an apple a day keeps the doctor away".😊👍👍

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast menu can have more variety😉

Een paar stappen en je bent bij de Sky Train, maar je bent ook dichtbij Lidl India
En heerlijke plek om er te zijn

- Breakfast is not 5-star… come on… rather a hostel-like breakfast
- reception staff is indifferent and unhelpful except Uni. But the same doesn’t apply to Akmar, she has a lot to improve
- pool water is very cold, both the inside and outside pool
- you actually go for your breakfast to another building
- a lot of maintenance issues
- cigarette smoke flowing into the rooms from the open corridor
- HK staff protect toilet paper rolls as if they were the Holy Grail. Despite we are a family of 5 they kept put only 1 replacemenr into the bathroom
