Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich u. unterstützend.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Piazza de Popolo. Sehr gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bis 2 Uhr morgens leider vom Straßenlärm belastet. Zwei bequeme Sessel in jedem Zimmer würden den Komfort steigern.

Pros:

Me gustó que era un hotel pequeño con pocas habitaciones. No se escuchaba ruido de otros huespedes. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fue excelente y las persianas para que no entrara nada de luz en la habitación.

Cons:

El desayuno se me hizo muy poco y no variaba. No había nada de fruta.

O hotel é muito bom, mas sem wifi no quarto
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é amplo e limpo. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Die Lage war Top von da aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist TOP . Zimmer war etwas umständlich , Stufen hoch zum Kleiderschrank und für 1 Pärchen etwas klein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig , zum Bsp. kein Ei , kein Obst und kein Fisch. Für den kleinen und anspruchslosen Hunger reicht es.

Ótima localização perto de estação do metrô e no centro histórico de Roma. Bons restaurantes nas proximidades. Funcionários educados e muito atenciosos. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Okapi.

Great location and lovely staff, particularly Diane, the young lady at the front desk.

A estadia ficou dentro do esperado, nenhuma surpresa.
Pros:

Consegui fazer meu check in antes do horário sem o menor problema. A rececionista foi incrível, super simpática e agradável. O café da manhã muito bom e a localização era boa.

Cons:

Quando Roma começou a esquentar percebi que meu ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Como as portas so abriam por dentro e só com chave do lado de fora, todo mundo que batia a parta fazia muito barulho.
