General Hotel Farah its outstanding very clean the the location were its situated is very good and very beautiful sea view back from your balcony. The staffs are excellent they had very good customer service and support .The breakfast was very nice staffs very helpful in helping what our choice was for breakfast.
I can't complain anything.

Le restaurant le comportement des agent de service sauf la responsable de contrôle sa façon vulgaire m’a changé la vie elle s’appelle zahia j’avais ma femme malade elle ne peux pas venir au restaurant je lui demande un verre du thé sa façon de réagir ne reflète pas la discipline de l’établissement

تعامل العاملين في الاستقبال كان سئ انتظار اكثر من 4 ساعات حتى يتم استلام الغرفة تكييف حار لا يوجد اي مستلزمات داخل الغرفة نطلب اكثر من مره لتصليح التكييف
وقت وصولنا لم يهتموا رغم اننا وصلنا بعد رحله طويله حجتهم الدخول الساعة 3

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité inégalée, le petit déjeuner est super, les chambres sont assez spacieuses, le calme absolu à l’hôtel pour bien se reposer. Nous reviendrons inchalah

Le wifi je n’avais pas assez de réseau j’ai dépensé une fortune pour avoir du réseau via mon fournisseur habituel.

Une mention toute particulière à Intisar et Hamid, les agents d’accueil, qui nous ont réservé un accueil exceptionnel. Toujours souriants, disponibles et à l’écoute, ils ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable dès notre arrivée.
Nous souhaitons également remercier Lemiae et Rajae, les femmes de chambre du 3ᵉ étage, pour leur travail remarquable. La chambre était impeccable chaque jour, parfaitement entretenue, avec un grand souci du détail. Leur discrétion, leur efficacité et leur gentillesse méritent d’être soulignées.
