It was nice and pleasant stay
Pros:

I love how our room turned out. It was meant to be an accessible room, but the staff assigned it to us. Overall, the room is clean and has a big washroom.

Cons:

It is near the lift and you can hear the people’s voice passing by.

زيارة المدينه المنوره يوم عرفه مع العيد .
Pros:

الخدمات من مطاعم وبقالةكانت قريبة من الفندق
الاستقبال كانوا متعاونين جدا وكذلك عمال الفندق متجاوبين .

Pros:

La proximité avec masjid nabawi

Cons:

On est arrivé dans la chambre à 22h30 il y avait de l'urine dans les toilettes (la salle de bain n'avait donc pas été nettoyé), il n'y avait pas de serviette de bain à disposition. L'ensemble de la chambre est à refaire, la moquette a fait son temps. Un odeur désagréable se dégage qd on rentre ds la chambre.
