I was underwhelmed by this hotel. I have no doubt that this was once great, but it’s showing its age and feels penny-pinched. All skirt and no knickers was how my wife described it. Plus, oddly, despite the name there is no discernible link to the Titanic.
The decor was showing its age, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. The location is awful, and whilst I had a view of the docks from my room, the view was of derelict warehouses.
This hotel is flawless. From start to finish the experience was like nothing else. The staff were fabulous, the rooms were impeccable and the place itself is beautiful. Could not recommend it more.
Nothing. No notes.
Although I got a little lost at first because the hotel is located slightly away from the city center, choosing this place was absolutely the right decision!
I have been visiting the UK for nearly 20 years, but the service provided by the female staff member with glasses at check-in (I regret not catching her name) was the best I have ever experienced in the country.
The guest room was spacious and full of character—likely a former warehouse—making it a perfect stay for us as lovers of historic buildings.
When I visited a bar at night, a man in a jacket—presumably the head bartender—served my drink while yawning. I was so appalled I was left speechless.
The layout and design
Restaurant, atmosphere
Nothing wrong
The spacious, well decorated rooms

Amazing beautiful hotel room was huge biggest I’ve stayed in .Shower room was perfect it was huge with big bath .Requested view of stadium for my partners 60 th birthday which was perfect .Staff were loverly and friendly the breakfast in the morning was delicious.Definitely stay again got a good offer too . Can not fault this hotel 10/10
Really positive experience.
Front of house staff were superb, minor issues dealt with swiftly and professionally.
Felt my custom was valued and welcome.
Receptionists were efficient and dynamic, lots of customers to process and support on a very hot afternoon, really impressed.
Dave the Concierge was beyond helpful, felt comfortable and assured by him.
It's the simple details that make the difference and between the concierge and front of house they nailed it..!
The hotel rooms speak for themselves.... opulent and indulgent.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, so deservedly value for money in my opinion.
Will definitely stay again.
Cannot say else about this hotel but excellent , From ALL the staff to the restaurant food , room service , bar service , having my daughters wedding there which went flawless due to the sheer professionalism of all concerned.
Thank you Titanic Hotel look forward to seeing you again soon !
The reception area was cosy and intimate. The bed was really big and comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The staff at the bar were lovely and the drinks were 10/10
When I checked in they told me it would be 25 mins until the room was ready (even though check in was at 3 and we checked in at 2:50, fair enough we were early but still) we pre checked in and got told to take a seat and the receptionist said she would bring the key over. We had waited 45 mins and got fed up so I went back over to the same receptionist and she acted like it was the first time we had ever spoken.
The shower is very low down, I’m 5”10 and only just really fit under the shower so think how a 6ft+ person could fit under it.
Hotel was lovely and the rooms were so big!
The fact you have to pay additional to use spa facilities
Loved the rooms and general vibe of the property. Dark and moody!
Nothing… it was great
Absolutely amazing hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and professional. If you need an amazing hotel for a weekend away give it ago. Plus the hill dickinson os just across the way.
2nd time here and for our 25th wedding anniversary. Reception lady was so lovely and helpful and upgraded us as it was our anniversary and my husbands birthday. Room amazing and spotless as was the whole hotel. Breakfast next day excellent with so much choice. Chef as Breakfast station very friendly (30.06.26) and helpful as were the staff.
Can't wait to come back!
Lovely hotel. Spacious, well appointed, clean rooms.with great drench shower and very comfortable large bed. Staff excellent and very friendly. Both breakfast and the food we ate in the bar area was very good and staff were well informed and very helpful with regard to my gluten free requirements. Would definitely stay here again.
Did not really experience anything negative during our stay. However, the rooms are very large with insufficient light from the one window and would benefit from more lighting, particularly near the mirror area.
Staff were lovely. Design of hotel and building was amazing. Great to have parking onsite.
Room was a little dark also corridors. Coffee machine had mo instructions so we could not operate it .
