Lovely style hotel..spacious
Bar staff very slow, and talking to eachother after a long wait.expensive £7.20 a pint..
All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and in great condition. The breakfast was spot on and the room service was great, the lighting was a bit subdued in the room and corridor.
The quality of the room service meal could be better, a bit cold, and greasy.
Very nice hotel and bar , breakfast very nice .
Beautiful settings , sitting having a drink by the river
For what we paid fo the room was quite disappointed with the TV..
Thought we would have had more choice with channels or at least been able to access Netflix and other apps to log into personal accounts like in other hotels we have stayed in .
Booked the hotel as it was close to the Isle of Man ferry terminal. The hotel is extremely atmospheric as it is a converted dock warehouse. Sitting outside looking out over the dock and partially renovated adjacent warehouse added to the charm. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We ate sandwiches in the Rum bar which were delicious and filling. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and an automated pancake machine.
The entrance to the hotel was hard to see and so drove past. There is a small sign after the entrance. You cannot see the main sign due to a high wall. Had to pay £12 for overnight stay.
The rooms were lovely
Nice and clean
Room size, parking , food , service
Location , poor room lighting
Room, dinner and breakfast good. Restaurant with views over the historic Stanley Dock. One waitress called Sieani gave excellent service with a smile.
