Huge room and very quiet at night
It was £1000 for 3 nights which didn’t include parking, breakfast or the spa. You get the smallest amount of milk for drinks and it is way more expensive than other hotels in the city.
Reception staff very helpful room was lovely and spacious breakfast excellent
The waiter in the afternoon wasn’t as helpful as other. And the same drinks were charged at different prices none of this would put us off but felt that was sad compared to all the good things

Lovely architecture - big rooms; great lobby area and breakfast room. But most importantly, all the staff were amazing. Special shout out to Sri on concierge who was the best concierge I’ve ever come across - so quick to help and find solutions. Thanks to his quick thinking I managed to catch my train home.
