Gut.
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Neben der Zugstation und Busstation. Schöner Community-Garten. Toller lokaler Fisch- und Fleischmarkt in der Nähe mit aussergewöhnlich leckeren Spezialitäten.

Cons:

Leider zu teuer da das Zimmer und Bad wirklich sehr klein waren für den Preis und ohne Aussicht (Fenster sehr klein).

Convenient spot for travelling
Pros:

We chose this hotel for its location. We were arriving by bus from Granada, and would be leaving by train to go to the airport, and both the bus and train stations were within a short walk. The room was pretty basic after the hotels we had stayed in up to this point, but it was clean, the bed (although not big) was very comfy and the air conditioning kept it cool. We were able to store our luggage in a secure room after checking out and came back later before catching the train. There was a toilet that we were able to use to change in as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No breakfast here, but there are cafes within a short walking distance and it is not far to walk into town, to the port, marina, park and beach, although you could catch a bus if you preferred. The town centre is very good and we enjoyed the Picasso Museum.

Cons:

Toiletries were basic (we didn't bring our own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to travel light) but we were only there one night.

Un "Value for Money" justito
Pros:

la mejor ubicación que puede haber.
El personal, todo él (interactué con 3 personas) es MAGNÍFICO. Todo lo que cabe esperar y más.

Cons:

La habitación es realmente diminuta.
Olía mal, a cañería. Faltaba ventilación.
La insonorización es nula: A las 6:00am un niño pequeño empezó a jugar con sus padres y hasta yo me aprendí el juego. Un espanto.

Very good value for money hotel near transport hub with nice additional touches.
Pros:

Close to Maria Zambrano station which was great as I had to leave early for the airport. It had a fantastic roof terrace with lots of seating and shade from sun as needed as well as an indoor lounge area. The whole place felt clean, beds comfortable and even had a bottle of water in the room.

Cons:

A lot of rough sleepers around the entrance and I made sure, as a solo traveller that I was back in the hotel once it got dark.

Pros:

Lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile. La struttura è comoda per la vicinanza al centro città, alla stazione dei treni e a quella degli autobus. C'è una bella terrazza e una comoda sala comune.

Cons:

La stanza e il bagno molto piccoli. Mancanza di prese elettriche. Purtroppo la nostra stanza aveva l'affaccio sopra un bar che la mattina molto presto cominciava a tirare fuori tavoli e sedie facendo un gran rumore. Anche dal piano di sopra calpestio incessante fino a notte inoltrata.
Nella sala comune ci starebbe bene una macchina per il caffè.
