Highly accessible

Cons:

They provided the early check-in, which was good but they made me feel that I am lucky to get early check in. They made a statement that it was provided only due scheduled lift maintenance, other wise we had to wait till 2 oclock. There was a senior citizen whose tone was bit unpleasant . Other staffs seemed cool and supportive.

このホテルでなくても良い
Pros:

スタッフの対応は今まで泊まったバンコクの同レベルのホテルより良い、駅から近い

Cons:

通路や隣の部屋の音が聞こえやすい。中国人家族連れ客の宿泊者が多くうるさかった。ホテルのすぐ近くにインド人街があり、その辺りの雰囲気はよくない。部屋が埃臭かった。

Great place to stay
Pros:

The place is strategic, near the train station that connects everywhere in bangkok

And if you want to eat, just eat at the hotel. The price is totally reasonable

Cons:

As per now, the mrt construction is quite disturbing if you are in a rush to the airport. So calculate your time if you need to travel by car

Very good service and friendly staff. Excellent.
Pros:

Walking distance to major attractions and malls. Early check in was a plus point as I travel for more than 24 hrs to reach there.

Cons:

No iron! I had to buy more clothes as I can’t use mine due to no iron provided. It’s a very basic amenities and they don’t have it.

Pros:

ARLラチャプラロップ駅から歩いてすぐ、荷物を持っての移動も苦にならない近さ。周囲はとても賑やかでコンビニやマッサージ屋等はもちろんインド、ミャンマー、フィリピン等々各国の料理屋も集まってます。

Cons:

2026年6月現在踏切周辺の工事で車線減少中。ただでさえすごい渋滞が一段とひどくて大通り向こう側に渡るのも大変（歩道橋はありますが）。

Cons:

I honestly regret having to leave such a negative review, but I truly hope it helps management improve their quality and services.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and booked a "Deluxe" room. To our absolute shock, the room we were given didn't even meet the standards of a basic room—it smelled terrible and looked out over a completely run-down area. I brought this up with the reception staff (who weren't very friendly), and they changed our room.
The second room was slightly better, but the amenities were unacceptable: only one towel per person (you had to use it for everything), just one small body wash, and bedsheets with holes in them. To make matters worse, during the night, a bird flew into our room through a gap around the AC pipe. Given the area, where rats and animals roam free, anything could have crawled in.
Finally, the breakfast. There is a very limited menu where you can only order one single dish and one drink (either orange juice, coffee, or tea). When I kindly asked for a glass of water, I was told it wasn't included and that I had to pay extra for it.
I honestly don't understand how the positive reviews I read can be genuine. As a couple who travels very frequently, this was an experience to forget. Highly not recommended.
