Séjour fort agréable à deux pas de la gare
Pros:

Emplacement pratique, propreté IRRÉPROCHABLE qui n’a rien à envier à certains hôtels plus hauts de gamme. Personnel au top . Notre chambre twin donnait coté cour : jolie vue et calme au rendez-vous !

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location...ideal for Euston and Kings cross . Very near buses and Underground.
Staff were lovely. Hotel room very clean .
Close to pubs and restaurants.
Plenty of electric outlets and both UK and international.

Cons:

Bathroom little bit small but spotlessly clean.

A great overnight stay in a central location. The staff were incredible and made everything easy and welcoming.

Great location. Clean. Very enjoyable
Pros:

Central great location. Close to everything. They had a great tea selection in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Stairs up were a bit steep for my mum but we managed and the staff helped with her bags.

Práctico, acogedor y económico
Pros:

La ubicación fue perfecta para visitar la ciudad y trasladarse de un sitio a otro. La estación King’s Cross St. Pancras te lleva a cualquier sitio. Además, la zona del hotel es muy tranquila y bonita. La atención del personal fue excelente, todos muy simpáticos y atentos. Por otra parte, la habitación y el baño eran pequeños (no demasiado para mi gusto, porque pensé que lo sería más) pero súper práctica e ideal para nuestra estancia de 5 días.

Cons:

En nuestra opinión, las camas eran cómodas, aunque las almohadas no tanto, ya que nos resultaron demasiado finas. Para ser verano, el ventilador era prácticamente suficiente para mantener una temperatura agradable; sin embargo, el hecho de que no hubiera sábanas y solo contara con una colcha bastante gruesa no resultaba lo más adecuado para el calor.

Dobrá lokalita čo sa týka dopravy blízko železničná stanica a zástavka Metra, milý personál ochotný pomôcť a riešiť problém,

Cons:

Nie dobrá lokalita čo sa týka prostredia, oproti v parku cca 50m od vchodu hotela sa veselo predávali drogy a stretávali sa tam narkomani. videli sme tam aj miestnu bitku, Izba a posteľ bola malá ale to je asi anglický štandard. Na izbe nebola klimatizácia, bohužiaľ sme vychytali najväčšie horúčavy v noci sa nedalo spať od tepla.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Close to station. Free bottle of still and sparkling waters. The staff were very nice

Cons:

The room is very hot. There is a fan on the wall, but it doesn't reach you. We didnt sleep hardly as we were too hot. I knew it was a small room twin room that had 2 very small beds with a tiny thick duvet. The milk had gone off as the room was so hot. The bathroom is so small you have to have the door open a bit so you can move around. No lift and very small enclosed staircase

Pros:

Location was very close to kings cross st pancras. So grateful i had a window with a nice view of trees into the square from hotel room.The fan was brilliant as it was in the wall opposite the bed so it kept the room cool during heatwave temperature even thoughout the night.. Receptionist was kind did hid best to help with laborious ridculous online booking system upon arrival check in which strangely wanted my credit card details again although I had already paid. All in all a strange digital system that makes the customer in an uncomfortable place having to do everything online even check in online instead of in person when arriving at hotel and it was late after midnightwhen i arrived. I just needed to rest.. Then on top of that the system forces the customer to give credit card details even when it was explained the hotel room had already been paid when making initial booking. With almost something like a Shakespeare play explanation ...much a do about nothing... it had to be said I was quite dubious about the whole experience but had no choice but to do what the technology asked me to do. The joy of interference technology. Receptionist kindly carried my luggage to 4th floor after check in ordeal. It has put me off rebooking..

Cons:

No lift Hotel room itself was small bit tricky for morning yoga. WC area very small.

Die Lage war super! Und das Zimmer und auch das Bad, fanden wir völlig ausreichend und gut für den Preis.

Cons:

Der Park gerade rüber ist ab und an nachts etwas laut, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln ist es okay.
