Pros:

So close to the water… Nice views back to cityscape. And I believe Motel 6 is the best value for the money … no frills .. just clean rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

The HVAC in the room was not in good condition.

Worse than good.
Pros:

The views were beautiful and staff was nice.

Cons:

One of our rooms was replaced upon arrival due to them being booked out and one of the rooms didn’t have AC or a working TV. There was also a cockroach and towels were dirty.

Cons:

The room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely small. There was only one table and one chair. My family has five people, and this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in.

The Wi-Fi was very slow. The AC cover was missing, and I could see inside the machine. People were smoking in the hallway, and the smell came into the room. The pool was closed. Only two small bars of soap were provided for five people — liquid soap would be better.

There was also a police car parked in front of the office, and a man walked by saying he could not find his wallet and bag. I did not feel safe in this area.

The staff was excellent. Especially Isabell.

Cons:

I paid extra for the executive suite- includes microwave and refrigerator. I check into a room that the microwave and the refrigerator was sooooooo rusty and frightening looking that I never put anything in them under any situation. I reported my concerns. I asked for the extra cost back. I was told I couldn’t have a refund for the extra I paid. I was offered another room. That room had a better refrigerator so I took it. But the microwave was too rusty to use. Mattress was too lumpy.

Not clean smells very bad in room would never stay again
Pros:

Not clean at all very dirty the gentleman in front was really nice but the hotel was gross mold in rooms and cockroaches in tub and aunts all over counters

Cons:

Everything the beds were not comfortable at all the were worn out bad

Pros:

I was cool with everything until paying online and left for dead outside

Cons:

I'm a declarated veteran who enjoys going there for a piece of mind, but on a quick return visit I was put on a DNR which I just learned what it meant and don't know what or what I didn't do to deserve that type of treatment while paying online as usual and had to stand in the cold. I did break a bottle liquor and asked for broom to clean up but was told maid got it

This motel is located in the ghetto. The "EBT" community is strong here.
Pros:

The room was decent and clean.

Cons:

Both ice machines didn't work. No morning coffee because the lobby was perpetually locked up.
