The location was good it was the workers they were rude and not nice at all all of them

Cons:

And the cleaners were knocking on the door rushing be to leave it wasent time yet to check out they didn’t give no one a door sign not to disturb

Okay, does the job and cheap.
Pros:

Very cheap and somewhere to get our heads down after a local concert. Had all the basics and the staff loaned me an iron and hair dryer. Was surprisingly relatively quiet.

Cons:

I didn’t feel like the place was safe or secure but this was our first experience of a motel stay. I guess this is just how it is.

The staff needs retraining on customer service. What a joke of a staff.

The night staff was horrible and they had system issues and blamed it on me and said my bank card wasn't working. I had to spend over 35 min on the phone with no type of help or support from the staff. Even when I asked just to leave my stuff in the lobby while I stepped out on the call and they said no. Also the cleaning staff outside was very rude and asked me to move out of an empty parking lot at a designated smoking area so he could blow the leaves and would not wait until I was finished.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the sports arena and offers good accommodation conditions.

Cons:

Our booking experience at this hotel was very poor. Our card was charged twice for our stay. Booking.com took the advance payment before we checked in, but the hotel somehow didn't see this payment on their booking and charged us a second time for the stay. We had a hard time disputing the fraudulent charge through our bank. Be careful when traveling.
