Friendly staff, did their best and always with a smile. And the coffee was great
Had to change rooms twice. Rooms are not maintained - sheets stained, bedspreads have cigarette burns, dented doors, smoking policies not enforced

Property was NOT like the photos, homeless laying outside the outside had trash and was dirty. No one was in the office for check in and it was locked at 4pm. Thankfully since we were not going to stay anyways so we had to leave and find another hotel.
Smells like animal piss. Homeless people living there. Trashy place. I wont go back ever.

At this point nothing really.
The room we booked was advertised to have a roll in shower. We had my handicap mother in law with us and not only was there no shower she could safely use, she was unable to close the bathroom door. Additionally, she fell while trying to use the toilet, urinated on herself and injured her shoulder. I paid way too much for this booking for my mother in law to not be able to shower or use the toilet safely.
The bed was comfy. Area sketchy. Rooms smelled like cigarettes.

People using drugs outside their rooms. The smell of marijuana pervasive throught. The door to my room had clearly been broken into such that it was bent and didn't seal properly. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty, the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. People in different stages of intoxication making noise at all hours.
Because the door was deformed a and had a 3/4 inch gap, large bug got in and was buzzing around the room at 3AM.
It looks like this location hosts a large collection of homeless folks using the motel and that includes a bunch of different security issues. I should have read the previous reviews.
It's not just a bad hotel, it's dangerously unsafe.
