The staff were very helpful with boat bookings for dolphins cruise and restaurant bookings for many great places and were to watch the sunset daily I highly recommended this g of a place will definitely stay again soon
Its a perfect spot right near the beach and your on the strip close to everyone.
The weather
Nothing
Dirty. Desk clerk acted like she was on drugs. Pictures were not a true reflection of room. Bed hard and felt springs.
There was a pleasant receptionist, and the location was very convenient.
We were placed in room number 9, which was completely different from the room shown in the photos on Booking.com and from the room we paid for.
In addition, there were many things in the room that required at least attention, repair, or even replacement. In particular: a very loud air conditioner located next to the bed, what appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower, no ventilation fan in the bathroom, a loose shower faucet and towel holder, and a sticky TV remote. We did not use the microwave, but it also appeared to be in very poor condition and in need of replacement.
Jacuzzi n secluded area
Room very small,funny smell
Location
The rooms were not as pictured. The floors were not clean. The trash on the patio was never emptied and we were there for 4 days. The toilet seat in one of our rooms was worn out which is something that can be easily replaced. The lobby was filled with boxes. The curtains in the room were old and outdated. Also there was no housekeeping at all.
That it was close to the beach
Bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was very small
The location to Tybee beach was only thing I did like.
The building was outdated. When I first stepped in office it was a little junky, smelled of dogs. The room wasn't what I expected so I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I let the front desk person know how I felt, they let me see several other rooms but none was what I expected.
Close to the beach.
Sink and shower backs up. Extremely humid in the room. Everything had condensation on it! No coffee for the coffee maker. Not very clean overall.
Sue
Everything was damp and sticky in the room including the floors causing us to almost fall a few times. Electrical was very sketchy. One lamp I thought the thing that holds the bulb was going to fall off in my hand. Faucet was very loose on the sink and the towel holder was ready to come out of the wall. We also found someones charger still plugged in and their towels and underwear were still in the dresser. (Where did housekeeping clean?) They had a cheap extension cord for the nightstand and it was the only thing to plug into if you wanted it to reach the bed. Zapped me. Freezer could not be used as it was completely frozen over. The girl that came in after Sue was a complete moron. No apologies about the nasty drawers in our room and no thank you when I gave them to her. She also said she would call us after she checked in the people in the lobby but she did not. And after contacting Booking.com they gave me a credit but the owner did not feel he owed us a dime back. Oh and the walway on the second floor is leaning so bad it's a little scary. This place needs an upgrade.
It was literally walking distance to everything. And the staff were friendly. They even had a sweet dog in the lobby to greet you.
The place was a little run down, they don’t even have key cards you get an actual key. Which is okay I just have never experienced that before.
Close to the stores and restaurants.
Proximity to beach, shops and restaurants
Outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable. Didn’t feel safe
