The accommodation is in a fairly good location and was clean. The towels were changed regularly, the bed was comfortable.
When we arrived, we specifically asked not to be given a room on the third floor. The staff told us that all the rooms were fully booked. However, later that evening, we checked Booking.com and saw that there were still three rooms available at the property. Since there are only two rooms per floor, we found it difficult to believe that the property was actually fully booked. We therefore did not appreciate being given information that did not seem to be true.
Another major issue was the water pressure in the shower. The water flow was extremely weak and inconsistent—it would suddenly almost stop and then become slightly stronger again. This made showering quite difficult, especially for someone with long hair who needs to shampoo and use a hair mask.
One small improvement would be to provide chairs in the room, as there were currently no chairs available.
Finally, the coffee could definitely be improved. Capsule coffee would be a much better option, as it would provide better quality and taste.
Overall, these issues negatively affected our stay.

Location was great, clear instructions how to get there. The room was comfortable, but on the small side for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, nice shower.
The room was small. The residence does not have the facilities of a hotel, which was not clear to me when made the booking - so there is no reception or communal area. It also lacks an elevator, which was not a problem for us as we stayed at the first floor, but would be if not.

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. The room was perfect, nicely decorated and comfortable enough for two people. Check-in is at another hotel, but it is very close to Residenza Favaro, so it was not an issue. The staff were very nice and helpful, and they kindly kept our luggage for us on the last day before our flight.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Residenza does not have a lift, so this may be important to consider if you have heavy luggage.
