Pleasurable. For next trip bringing kids with me.
Pros:

Quite and peaceful oasis in the middle of Kampala. Nice and green surroundings. Super quite - excellent for good sleep after long office days. good choice of food. Area provides nice opportunities to relax. Good SPA services.

Cons:

Bed and pillows definitely could have been bit more comfortable ( stiff and robust). Internet was disappearing now and then, but that is Uganda in general thought.

Facilities & Staff are excellent!
Pros:

Facilities and staff are excellent.. Great buffet breakfast that seems to cater for all guests. Two restaurants on site, one with Asian food and the Coco Bar Restaurant, both serve top quality food and good size portions. Third hotel we have stayed at in Kampala and this is the best for facilities. Biggest thing for me is that all the staff say "You are most welcome" and best of all, I believe every one of them meant it.. Fairway owners should be proud of their team.. well done to all 😁

Cons:

Not a lot of activities for children apart from swimming pool (our 2 year old son was happy enough though).

I loved everything about the hotel and location, it gives you easiness in movement within town.
