Pros:

L'accueil du personnel et l'hôtel.
La décoration est belle et faite avec goût. Le monsieur de l'accueil était bienveillant et aimable. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά γρήγορη η μετακίνηση στο Ηράκλειο που ήταν σημαντική για εμάς λόγω επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων εύκολη πρόσβαση σε packing (απέναντι) πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό όλο το προσωπικό (και το βοηθητικό) και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι έχει καλές κριτικές και να προσθέσω ότι βλέπετε είναι ακριβώς αυτό που προσφέρετε από το κατάλυμα!!

אהבתי את החדר, מידותיו ואת האביזרים שהיו בו. אהבתי את ארוחת הבוקר.
הצוות היה נעים וסייע בנעימות בכל מה שצריך.

Cons:

בשעות הבוקר לאחר יום מעונן המים לא היו מספיק חמים.

I recommend the location and the hotel is cute , clean and staff friendly

The terrace was the best, shame the jacuzzi water is cold

Hôtel vraiment très beau, décoré avec goût de l entrée jusqu aux chambres, le personnel bienveillant à l écoute et de bon conseils, je recommande cet hôtel

Cons:

Petit bemol sur le petit déjeuner, les œufs au plat et les omelettes étaient froids dommage. Piscine trop froide pour se baigner, mais très joli sur le rooftop ca doit être agréable l été
