Excellent séjour ! L'endroit est calme, très propre et l'espace est formidable.
La piscine est impeccable, la literie très confortable, et le petit-déjeuner est à la fois varié et très bon.
Le seul détail à améliorer serait de mettre des pantoufles à disposition en chambre.
Vraiment tout, la beauté de la résidence, la propreté des logements, l'amabilité du personnel, que sa soit en cuisine ou bien au nettoyage des chambres, nous avons aucun reproche à faire pour ce séjour.

Nothing, if anything just that we couldn’t find the pool towels , but that was very minor

While booking it was not mentioned that I have to pay for each of my kids separately?! I made the booking for 1 adult and 2kids arriving on the site they said that I have to pay for each of them and any extra guest pays 300MAD for pool use and 600MAD for stay over thing that is not mentioned anywhere on booking nore in theire site, TV channels not working calling them technician came late and said after scanning only free satellite channels are there not a single Arabic one all were German channels only and that he can't do more and that we will have to wait till the morning shift who weren't able to do more, not enough towels and toiletries for the 3 of us when asked for more the receptionist was arguing that we have enough!!! none of the sockets in the main bedroom was working no clothes hanger? No door bell or peephole to see who's knocking ur door, no direction signs for pool or restaurant locations dark by night the way to the pool no towels in the pool as every hotel pool have on chaise longues u bave to ask for it every time?!!!! During breakfast water was kept in the bar not on the buffet next to the juices for example and had to ask for to get?!!! Mainly the management of the place is keeping everything trying to save the maximum 🤐 over priced for what is offered far from city no transportation offered or can find near by must have a car even if they mention to provide ur trip arrival details for shuttle car when I asked they said its 3rd party they can let you get in touch with for the same?! , if I will visit or recommend its a NO I wont as long as the mentioned points aren't taken into consideration

Le lit était confortable.
La piscine à coter de notre chambre était verte dégoûtante et sentez horriblement fort le javel comme ci trop de produit chimique avais était mise à l’intérieur nous n’y sommes pas entrée. Le prix exorbitant pour ce que c’est. Le personnnel non chalent qui prenne de haut ( accueil, femme de ménage catastrophique ) elle est venu pendant que mon bb dormais quand je lui est dit que mon bébé dormais elle ma regardé de travers et est parti sans rien dire.
