Everything was very good. Clean, safe hotel, location is also the best.
Staff are very kind and helpful. I stayed in this hotel several times. When I ask any help they are very kind and they help with everything the guests ask. I appreciate very much!

Pros:

Очень милый, уютный отель. Находится в самом центре, удобное месторасположение. Номер дали большой, 2х комнатный, хотя бронировала 1 комнатный. Так как были с ребенком, заселили нас раньше положенного времени. Очень вежливый, внимательный работник на ресепшен. Нам все понравилось.

Pros:

The hotel staff were excellent and very communicative. They answered my questions prior to my arrival very promptly. They were very helpful at check-in, too, answering our questions. The location and the room were great. Our stay was only one night but I would certainly stay there again! We had to leave earlier in the morning than planned due to a train strike and they were awesome at checkout making it super quick and easy - they met us at the elevator! I highly recommend Hotel La Madonnina.

Excellent location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Excellent location next to Duomo and all shops & restaurants. Room was clean and enough space for two persons. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was in the first floor, and the noice of trams was a bit loud during the night. Also, the rooms in next floors had more nice window/balcony.
